Nice stay in guest house
Great location and hosts were very friendly. Brighton is always expensive and you never get much for your money but we both enjoyed our stay.
Facilities were limited but that's all clearly set out on the website. Can I say the noisy seagulls but then you are by the seaside!!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Very centrally located in Brighton. A throw of stone away from the beach and from a host of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is on a quiet street. The bed and the room as a whole were quite comfortable.

Lovely weekend break
Lovely clean room with complimentary snacks and drinks. Couldn’t fault the welcome and hosts.
Room was very cold and damp. Heater was provided but we ended up not using it. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and hard, heavy duvet.

Location was great walking distance to everything you need

A lovely break in a great guest house.
Scott and Helen were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Location was very close to the beach and town. There is a pub across the road and restaurant at the end of the street. Lots of nice places to eat right on the doorstep.
Sensors on the lights at the top of the stairs would help when you are on the top floor.
