If you are looking for a good value hotel for a couple, this is it.

It had a bath tub with bath salt. Very nice.

Room size was a bit small but it was average for Tokyo.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Ginza

The staff were all very helpful and kind. The rooms were well appointed. The location was perfect with 2 subway stations close by.

Good location, good value for money and easy access to transport

The hotel was nice, clean and modern. Good walking distance from the local stations. Food and shops both nearby easy access to transport.

The room was a little smaller than we were used to but no other negatives

A short walk to Ginza Matsuya & Mitsukoshi. Clean Hotel room and Bathroom with bathtub.

Exceptional Staff

Something unexpected went wrong with the luggage during my long flight journey and I was unable to unlock my luggage at the hotel. A young male staff at the front desk took the extra steps of finding tools and helping me to cut the lock on May 16, 2023 at around 3 PM so I can unlock my luggage subsequently. This was very much appreciated.

Rooms were slightly small, but otherwise excellent and worth your money. I recommend it.

Great location in Ginza and near many stations and supermarkets. Rooms were clean and nice with great water pressure for the shower.

Nice, clean hotel in Ginza.

Good location in Ginza. 2 minute walk from metro, Ginza area and a family mart on the corner. 5 minute taxi journey from Tokyo station (15 if you wanted to walk). Nice hotel, decor was slightly dated in the rooms however they were big!! We have stayed in a few rooms in Tokyo and this was a normal sized hotel room like back in the UK, a lovely surprise. Staff were polite and helpful. Facilities were very good, toiletries were available to be used whenever needed at the bottom of the elevator. Amazing value for the price we paid.

Nothing. Decor was dated however this is personal preference so cannot be marked down for this.
