The location
The staff at the restaurant is very rude. I do understand that the restaurant is closed by 10 am. And I had to check out at 1 pm(I extended late checkout with paid more money). But I didn’t finish my lunch yet. So, I just asked to sit and eat my own food in their restaurant while I’m waiting for taxi pick up to the airport but she completely refused to just let me sit in the restaurant. I mean JUST AKED FOR SITTING!!

The Location of the hotel and the service

Brilliant location.
Dusty foyer, needed a thorough clean. Air conditioner was way too hot. Washing machine instructions were difficult to understand. We could not get our clothes dry. No complimentary water in rooms. Breakfast underwelming. Rooms needed upgrading, was expecting a view but dint get one.

Very dirty Carpets full of dust, made breathing difficult!

Tokyu stay Ginza was comfortable, quiet, clean and had a great breakfast! Although the rooms were small, they were well laid out and the beds were beautifully comfortable (soft rather than hard as we have experienced in other Japanese hotels). The washer / dryer in the room was an added bonus to clean our items and continue our holiday with fresh clothes. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the nearby subway station, or about 15 minutes from Tokyo main station. We also appreciated the 24hr front desk after our flight was delayed and we arrived around midnight. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful part of Tokyo.

작은 방이었지만 침대도 넓었고 테이블 배치가 실용적이었으며 욕조까지 구비되어 있어 만족스러웠습니다

The location was in the middle of Ginza and a walking distance to Matsuya Ginza, Tsukiji Market and the Imperial Palace. Not to mention the Uniqlo flagship store was just 2 blocks away.
We had a washer dryer and a microwave besides the usual TV and fridge. So we managed to reuse some of our clothes and reduce the need to bring too many on our trip.
It’s quite small. We had 2 medium and cabin sized suitcases plus a stroller. Not much room to manoeuvre.

The in-room laundry machine and microwave oven is really convenient!
There are some dirt spots here and there, usually at hard to clean corners.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very small rooms with barely enough space for 2 suitcases. Friendly staff and good amenities. Very close to tsukiji market and all the shopping. Good access to public transportation

Staff were great and super helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to help a couple of times. They have everything you need from a washing machine to a body sponge.
Room is small but that's Tokyo I guess and housekeeping only changes towels and removes the trash other than that you have to pay 1000yen+ daily to get the room properly cleaned.

Washer dryer provided, good location, very good staff, fridge provided
No iron was provided, air in room has dust, carpet quite dirty, smell in toilet when checked in.

The location is perfect, close to the subway and easy to get to two airports. With a washing machine in the room (FREE!), it's suitable for those traveling for long period.

Location is good
I always stay here for Tokyo visit but this will be my last time. This hotel was much better but it seems they are trying to save cost way too much. Limited amenities and the worst thing is no room cleaning and bed makeup during the stay! I also experienced the reception staff with negative service. I had requested for new towels and pajamas because the housekeeper didn’t change them for us. I had to call them 3 times (half an hour away each time) and go get them myself at the reception in the end.

Great Location. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Would stay again. Standard size room for Tokyo. Near metro station(s).
I felt sorry for the housekeeper. I left my room early in the morning but she didn't get to my room till late afternoon. She must have been extremely busy.

Staff is very helpful and kind
Room was too small, we were traveling with our baby, and I dont recommend this room if you travel with family
Wifi was very bad, but staff gave us wifi modem and fixed situation

The location was pretty good. Walkable to shops and around 5 to 7-minute walk to the train station (to Shinjuku/Shibuya). Uniqlo and Muji Flagship are around 7-minute walk too. There is a Family Mart close by. Ippudo is also next door.
The staff are friendly and nice. They helped us with sending our luggage to Osaka. In the lobby, there's free coffee, too. They provide umbrellas when it's raining, which we're grateful for because it rained during our stay.
There is a washer, safety deposit box, desk & office chair inside the room. They provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash & conditioner.
The room is on the small side but it's expected for Tokyo.

the room is small, but it’s understandable being in the center of Gonzalo. the room is cozy. we had a good time.

Hotel staff were really excellent. Hotel was clean. Location is excellent with all the large Ginza department stores within five minutes walk. Stations and lots of restaurants nearby and the Kabukiza theatre just across the road.
Having stayed in a Tōkyū hotel before, I was expecting this one to be of the same standard. However, the Tōkyū Ginza is a business hotel which means small rooms. I didn't realise this when I booked it so I was surprised to see all the room amenities like toothpaste and teabags in the lobby for guests to help themselves. This means that it's not a fully serviced hotel. My first room was far too small so I arranged with the very helpful staff to take a larger room which was much better. I recommend that you check the room size before you book because Japanese business hotel rooms are very small for Westerners and there is usually almost no room to put your suitcase or hang your clothes. If you are on your own, I suggest you book a twin room. If you are a couple, book a larger room.

This hotel boasts a total of two lifts for 15 floors of accomodation. It is simply not enough, you end up waiting 10 minutes every time you want to go up to your room or down to the ground.
The rooms themselves are extremely small and the floors in both the hallways and rooms have stains all over them. I was completely underwhelmed by this accomodation specifically given that it wasn't cheap.
The hotel bed itself was so small that both my partner and I struggled to sleep both nights as it was an extremely uncomfortable tight squeeze.
There are no facilities at the hotel, there is no bar, no pool, no additional anything other than an extremely small room.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
