Lovely location. Only 2 minutes walk to a train station and museum which was also on a walking off road route to the Glenfinnan viaduct to see the Jacobite steam train crossing. Glenfinnan monument and Loch Spiel (Black Lake in the Harry Potter series). Also the film location of Dumbledore’s resting place is only 15 drive away over to the next loch. So this is an ideal location for Harry Potter fans.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the evening meal was lovely too. Room facilities were excellent with its own coffee making machine.

The hotel is situated in a strategic position for people interested in visiting the Glenfinnan viaduct. It's a very cozy hotel and the staff is super nice. It has free parking space. It serves good traditional Scottish food.
Our room (standard) was a bit small and a bit pricey

Fantastic location very close to Glenfinnan Viaduct. Small family owned hotel with exceptional service. Food was amazing. Great value. Would unequivocally recommend.
nothing.

The best hotel in our trip. Staffs are great. the reception close late night so we are warm welcomed when we arrived even though we arrived very late at 9PM. The rooms and every inches inside the hotel are very clean, until we wondered how many staff there are for these cleanliness. The soap is very good smell. Breakfast is the top of our trip. You can choose anything from their list of breakfast menu which are uniquely home-made food. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to the Glenfinnan, the location that we plan to visit in the morning like 2 minutes from the hotel. The atmosphere around hotel is so mind relax with natural smell and sound of waterfall from small river beside the hotel. We took very deep breath from it.

Traveling alone by car, I stayed at the hotel for one night. The reception by Ina was very warm, there was even shortbread in the room. There is also a coffee maker for coffee and tea. And three nice books. Especially the drinking water is worth mentioning, it is very fresh and without chemicals. I parked my car in the opposite hotel parking lot. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It was a great stay and I will definitely come back.

Great location with excellent food and an amazing staff! Rooms are cozy and welcoming after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

A wonderful family-run hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Staff was always most helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quite large and had everything I needed. Nice location in the middle of hills. Excellent breakfast.
Very little to complain about.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, they provided excellent service. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everything is maintained to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was of a very high quality and the breakfast options were extensive and largely homemade which added a nice touch to the meal. All round a superb and high quality hotel.

As soon as we stepped into the reception we were greeted with a smile and a friendly face. The rooms were nice and clean and quite large for a single room. The restaurant served very nice food, not priced too high, again with pleasant friendly staff. We had motorbikes and the owner was kind enough to let us park in a more secure area around the back which was great. Would stay here again.
The restaurant just serves restaurant quality meals. For me a 'Bar meal' menu would have served my needs more, as I didn't fancy a full blown 'posh' meal. Saying that my son loved the Duck, probably more so because daddy was paying!!

The staff was friendly.
The food was amazing!!
Room was spotless.
The bed was a bit squeaky.

Wonderful host, excellent food, unbelievable scenery. Will return soon .

Staff was fantastic and helpful. Food was excellent.
Location. Glenfinnan is out of the way and doesn’t haven’t a town center with any sort of shopping or other pubs or restaurants. Viaduct close by and good hiking, but if you want to be able to walk to a town center, you’ll be disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the choices at breakfast were very good.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel.

Bed was not very comfortable
Food, staff and everything else excellent

Very friendly staff and lovely breakfasts. Quiet location so easy to sleep.
Rather expensive for what was provided. Room was ok but on the small size, no bath and tv had no signal.

Very comfortable and friendly. The food was outstanding - only regret was not being able to try more of it!

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Good choices, although a huge menu, but no issues with that.
Room was fine, but bed a bit lumpy!
We have no issues!

Staff was exceptionally welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was great and breakfast was good as well.

Friendly welcome. All staff very pleasant and helpful. We ate in the Bistro where the food was lovely. Local produce beautifully cooked. Breakfast too was excellent with home baked bread and again local produce. Would recommend this hotel. Sorry we were only there one night.

The property is a very well maintained older building. Charming but perhaps a bit challenging for those with mobility limitations. This is a very comfortable peaceful hotel suited to single travellers, couples and small groups looking for peaceful relaxation. There is very little in Glenfinnan other than the spectacular scenery so the excellent service in the restaurant was welcome. Covid measures in place and I felt safe. Would not recommend if looking for a lively bar and late nights. More of a place to relax and unwind.
Nothing really.

Excellent all round, owners and staff know exactly what customer service is all about. Best breakfast ever including home made black pudding and sausages. Highly recommended!
