The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the room was spacious, clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff were helpful and friendly
Parking was a problem although the staff were helpful and let me double park there isn’t room for cars and the number of guests and the streets around the hotel are congested.
4.0
Loved the fact tv had apps you could sign in to
Bed was very comfy
Hot shower
Quiet during the night
Friendly staff
Good WiFi
Not much pressure from the shower (showered during the day so “demand” for the water was low but still low pressure)

Bed was comfy. Room was nicely decorated. Carpet was new (had a new carpet smell). Location close to a great pub was good. Walking distance into town centre. Staff member when we checked in was very pleasant. (We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that, as it didn’t start early enough for us as we had an appointment to get to).
The parking situation was somewhat annoying and would deter me from staying here again. Whilst I knew it was ‘first come, first served’ - I hadn’t expected to pay £10 for a space which I only used for a couple of hours; checked in, gave car registration number, paid £10, then unexpectedly had to go somewhere in the car a short while later. On returning a couple of hours later there were no spaces and we had to park on the road. If all the spaces are already paid for - the hotel shouldn’t take further payments and sell the space again. Not impressed. Hairdryer had a two pin plug but we couldn’t find a socket which took a two pin plug. They might want to look at the sink - as it doesn’t drain properly.

Conveniently located.
Weird smell about the property reception area. Not great breakfast considering it was quite pricey.

Location was brilliant and hotel was clean
Car park was very small and tight
No one told me about breakfast or came to greet me on arrival
The bed sheet was not a fitted sheet so it kept coming off leaving me sleeping on the horrible mattress protecter there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower

Great location, very close to the beach!
You have to pay a parking fee of £10 for the first night spent at the hotel.

Nice little hotel with local town nearby. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay.
The parking was tight if you have a van.
2.5
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Facilities are not as mentioned on booking.com and need to be updated.. Standards definitely dropped since the last visit to the hotel
3.5
Location was great. Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Good access to hotel at all times.
£10 for parking is too high, especially when only staying for one night in an extremely tight car park. This £10 for a business traveller for 1 night made a well priced stay more expensive than anticipated. Breakfast at £10 is a little on the hight side.

It was in the perfect location to the centre and the beach. Comfortable beds, clean and specious room. The host was lovely and welcoming.
Can't wait for our next holiday back to Bournemouth so we could book this hotel again. Thank you for having us!

Nice hotel .good price .10min from pier.

Great Location as your 10 mins walk from anywhere you want to be.
Bed was comfy, staff were very polite, they let us check in early so we didn't have to hang about, they gave us our card and advised to come back after 2.30 when the room would be ready.
The room was very small and smelt damp on arrival.
The shower was rubbish but is noted on the door during peak times pressure can drop, you either got scalded or frozen as just couldn't get the temp right.
Parking is a nightmare so needs planning.

Good location, easy check in
Shower was leaking, it didn’t bother us but it made noise. No hand towel also which again didn’t bother me that much and I am for saving energy and water of washing towels unnecessarily.
4.5
Intimate and comfortable
I would always like a fridge. Even a small one

It was clean, very well presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had all we needed for our overnight stay.
It would be nice to have a small fridge, but understand most hotels don’t.
