Great appartements, well located

These are great appartements! we stayed here twice, once two nights before our flight to the Galapagos islands and after again another 4 nights. Both times we really enjoyed our stay. The views from the appartements are great, especially from the top floors in the building. It is very nice area as well. Easy to get to the city center or to botanical gardens.

don’t rent!

the location was nice

I paid and order another property that looks much nicer the the one I got. the day of the check in IV got a Watsapp massage from the owner were he told me that due to a “system error” he will provide me a better property. there was not a problem from my side. when I enter to the apartment IV noticed that the toilets were Clogged. we agree that he’ll send some one to fix it the day after , but when we come in the evening everything was the same. more then that , there was a Leak in the kitchen sink, the oven was not functioning, half of the lights in the apartment were not functioning, and all the building surrounding was under construction.

we were 5. we missed some plates and glasses. there was not a dining table and enough chairs, and we had to squeeze on the kitchen bar.

Great to GREATER!!! will go back!

the whole apartment is very confortable, very clean and spacious. two big bedroom and two bathrooms are a plus adding that this have washer and dryer. you feel at home! Pablo the host is very nice and ensured we were ok and waited for us for hours due to flight delay. extra plus is that Pablo offers both ways pick up from and to the airport, Hernán the driver was very helpful and informative. Apartment, Pablo (host) and Hernán (driver) made our experience 10 out of 10, THANKS!

Safe & modern

The flat had security on the front desk and it felt very safe. We were able to walk safely for a couple blocks outside after 20:00pm. The flat was modern & spacious. It had a washing machine & dryer that worked. The views from the flat on the 11th floor were spectacular

There were a few minor things broken in the room such as the door handle to a bathroom and handle on a shower door. It is very noisy outside, mainly road noise The bed settee was uncomfortable. Cleaning appeared to be what you can see so things such a the gap between sofa bed when opened.

Stupendous views day and night

Stylist, comfortable apartment in good location with balcony and great views. Very good ensuite shower.

There were a number of problems at start like broken toilet seat, towel rail and toaster and lack of glasses in kitchen etc. Which the hosts very quickly rectified. But the hot water to all sinks was slow and took ages to become warm and much of the crockery damaged or poor. Given the previous response of the hosts these issues will probably be dealt with quickly.

not worth it , there are better places in better price.

we booked that place 2 hours before arriving. so we came late at night and at 7:30 in the morning the guy is knocking on the door waking us up, in order for us to pay him.... No one really saw us, there were no drinkable water, and there was no one to ask for any help we needed... the feeling was 'just give me your money and bye'

Very good apartment

Nice big apartments with all necessary equipment. Very good view from the window. Very comfortable.

Service. We asked to replace blinking lamp (k=like a stroboscope) after the 1st night but it was not replaced up the end of our stay.

Great location but apartment needs refurbishment.

Host organized airport pick up and drop off. I liked the location, central but sufficiently away from the noise.

The apartment is in need of refurbishment, redecoration etc. The cooking pans were very old and deformed and food stuck to them. The apartment is suitable for people who want a central location but do not intend to cook. My partner likes to cook and was frustrated by the poor standard of the cooking facilities.

Good

Location was excellent, apartment was big and clean. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to, the facilities in the apartment were excellent and would recommend it ( if you don’t mind a bit of noise).

The windows were single glaze and so it was very noisy. You could hear all the traffic to late at night and were woken at 5:30 in the morning by people working.
