Staff and breakfasts were excellent. Excellent room decor and bathrooms.
We were on the third floor and there was no covering for about 25 feet from stairs to door.

Clean and comfortable hotel with amazing people taking care of our stay. The breakfast is also very good.
The wooden floors around the hotel are very nice but they do create some noise.

The hotel is centrally located and beautifully refurbished. And the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
It was a little bit loud on the street side.

The staff were particularly friendly, they were very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome.
The location is great if you’re wanting to explore the historic area. Our room was clean, and had all we needed for our stay. We loved the resident cat!
They organised a breakfast box for us due to an early departure.
The rooms are a little light at night, they really could use block out blinds, I wore an eye mask which helped.

The location is ideally set near everything in the historic part of Quito. The view of the surrounding mountains is a plus! It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Maybe the pillows could be a bit softer but no other complaints. Everything was great!

Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is small and cozy. The manager was always around to help answer any questions. In addition, he also helped organize taxi and logistics for any plans and activities. Overall a truly enjoyable time.

the facilities are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. And the owner and staff super lovely. Moreover, they let us check in at 6:30am after a long flight, which allowed us to have a nap and enjoy the first day of our trip fully.

The hotel was even better firsthand than the photos online would indicate. Andres’ hospitality went above and beyond! Wonderful views over Old Town Quito. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Andres was a perfect host. His recommendations for activities in Quito were spot on. The views were spectacular. Taxis were always available outside the front door. Breakfast food was plentiful with eggs cooked to order.

Beautiful contemporary guest house hidden inside the historic city centre. The views are amazing day or night. The staff, particularly the owner/operator, are very kind and helpful. Tasty breakfast. Well located within walking distance to most of the main attractions. Highly recommend this property!

The host, Andres, was wonderful, for example, getting us ice for an injured thumb, accommodating our late departure schedule, and drawing a map for us to get out of the city comfortably in a rental car. We also enjoyed going up to the roof deck, where we could see the city and birds while sipping our coffee.
The room was very pleasant with a nice balcony to look out on the street, but it was a bit small and had no good place to lay out our suitcases.

It is an old very well renovated house. We got penthouse area with two big rooms and a social area only for us. Beautiful views from the room and the living room.

Beautiful, clean, boutique hotel in perfect location with lovely breakfast. Views are wonderful! Living/lounge areas for guests are spacious and comfortable, and the owner, Andres, could not be more kind and generous. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay and was equally generous with friends of mine who stopped by to visit. I recommend 100%! I loved being able to walk everywhere (from historic center to artisanal market) and have quiet place to return that felt like home.. It also made me feel good. to support sole proprietorship during this most difficult year=).
A little pricey for Quito... but worth it!

The breakfast was fantastic with an assortment of fruits and pastries and fresh coffee and milk. It was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The hotel owner also accommodated us when we needed to leave early for the airport with a custom to-go breakfast.

Nice clean rooms and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful. He even helped us plan our PCR tests before departure. The breakfast was good as well and hotel was definitely one of the more modern ones that we’ve seen in old town.

Great spot right in the middle of old town. Andres was very helpful
I had to leave 😂

Andres the owner was so very helpful as were the rest of the staff. Spoke good English & nothing was too much trouble. Hotel on side street - inconspicuous in external looks but that deceives. It really is so chic inside.
In really good area to see the historic old town & so safe to walk the streets even at night - with the usual care of course.
