Central location
Noise feom the street . Need to pick up key card from orher hotel. That wasn't fun considering massive traffic jam due to bank hiliday werken. Also staff not able to explain clearly where the accommodation is...added to some delay in checking in.

Fantastic location in the heart of Whitstable
No air conditioning and bad ventilation
4.5
Great location, nicely decorated, great layout. Great value. Electric vehicle charging point was a nice touch too!
The traffic was a bit noisy at night, but this was made very clear in the listing and clearly it’s no-one’s fault! Still had a great stay anyway.

Super clean & amazing location
Would be better to have parking for 2 cars

Very clean, furnished lovely. Liked the fact there were two bathrooms, great location
The road was quite noisy

Clean and I’m the center
Location and clean and modern but it’s a little deceiving in the description of the property!
It’s advised as an appointment 2 bedrooms.. The building looks like an apartment but it is just 2 rooms with en suite bathrooms and an apartment would normally have a kitchen and lounge area.
The parking is advertised as free onsite and no reservation required. When I had booked I was sent a message to say it’s first come first serve and although the apartment only is for 4 adults it’s only one parking space. After a message and phone call with a staff member I was told they would sort two parking spaces for me.. when I checked in a very rude lady said only one space was available and I was lucky to have parking at all!!!
It does state the apartment is in a main road (this main road is one way lane that has large very noisy lorrys pass by for
5am in the miring so was awake with no sleep.

Lovely and clean. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms.
Did not sleep as constant traffic going past window. If a double decker bus or lorry went past the whole place shook. My grandaughter was woken every 20 mins by traffic or very noisy people walking past. We left early today as all shattered.

Table and chairs
So noisy due to vehicles. Sofa to low and hard to get out of. Noisy fans. Bigger shower mat.

The room was very clean, well furnished and near the sea and town centre. On the surface it was an excellent place
It was so noisy! Although the road is small it is surprisingly busy with a constant flow of large vehicles that shook the room. Very difficult to get any sleep. I appreciate this is not something that is within the control of the host but it's hard to give a positive rating when I was not able to sleep. Also a lot of light from entrance hallway

Was clean and Modern
Wasn’t as advertised, was shown to be 2 bedrooms in the pictures but when arrived was one Apartment with two beds, no internal doors so no privacy and hard to sleep as lights going off/on with all noise heard.
Location appeared good but buses went past and shook the building, couldn’t have window open as people noisy walking past.
Smoke Alarm and other Sensors flashing all night
5.0
Central location, clean and spacious
The aprtment is on a small, yet noisy road when cars or lorries drive past you can feel the building vibrate

Location
I’ve stayed many times cause i love the modern clean apartments. (Although I’ve never been recognised as a regular customer. ) After many stays I have to say they is never more then one hot choc even when I’m booked for 2/3 nights. Road traffic noise is bad. I can live with the noise - but the shaking is bad all through the night. I feel I can no longer cope with this. No full mirror. No mirror by hairdryer. No coat hangers. This time the doors to the outside/road in one of the bedrooms was completely broken and could not be shut/locked. Staff at the hotel are lovely but I feel I can no longer stay in this accommodation.

Location was walking distance to everything
How noisy the road was and every time a big vehicle drove past the building shook. Led to an interrupted night sleep
4.0
Great location and parking
Traffic noise at night not constant but loud sometimes. But wouldn’t put me off staying again as good location for price.
3.5
Ease of access to the shops, restaurant & beach.
The tiny road the property is on is incredibly busy, plus when buses or lorries drive past the entire building shakes. It was like an Earth tremor!
4.5
The property was very modern and extremely clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Very comfortable bed and great location.
The only negative was the noise from the road outside but this obviously cannot be helped and wasn’t too much of a problem for us for a short stay.
2.5
The location was central to get around the town.
The shower kept flooding. There seems to be a block somewhere. The shower had to be turned off and on when using it to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Toilet backed up every time it was flushed.

Studio was lovely and clean, very modern looking and spacious.
For the price of the room, it was incredibly basic with very basic amenities. The room was so noisy, you are woken up out of your sleep every time a car goes by, even worse when a bus goes by at 6:30am and the whole room shakes. Bed wasn’t a double or king size it was 2 singles together which meant anytime you go towards the middle of the bed you’re laying uncomfortably in a crack. No mirrors for getting ready, particularly plugs near mirrors not counting the tiny one located inside the dark cupboard for blow drying hair etc. View is straight onto other homes so you have to shut all the curtains so that you cant see into them/them into you. The location is good but you’d really expect even a little more than a basic room, maybe even breakfast as it’s part of the hotel? I wouldn’t book again, the location alone doesn’t make it worth nearly £200 a night (off season)
2.5
The road noise was awful and buses and lorries shake the entire room!!! There were no cooking facilities which would be an essential for this type of apartment. Its basically a hotel room and should be marketed as such. That said, location and parking were real assets.
2.0
Smart, clean good location for the town but
The walls are incredibly thin, and every passing car or bus can be heard as if passing directly underneath you. The wind continually rattled the door during the night. Our sleep was interrupted throughout the night. The apartment is nice and in a great location for the town, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.
2.5
Next to shore which was good. Didn’t include breakfast
We were told we were being ‘upgraded’ but the fisherman’s hut had narrow steep stairs which were difficult with cases and I had a leg problem at the time. This wasn’t explained
2.5
Location great
Shame there is no microwave or even a knife or fork. I took food with us but unable to eat it as no cutlery or plates provided. Maybe I was wrong to assume there would be.
2 little bottles of shampoo supplied No shower gel so toiletries not suitably supplied. In my opinion too expensive for what you get.
Very good location & spotlessly clean so not all bad.
4.5
Location was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cups for making tea in were incredibly small and useless. Only minor issue. Everything else was wonderful.
1.5
it was well appointed
misleading to advertise as 50m from beach as it was on the main route for all large commercial lorries through Whitstable - from 4am to midnight each day the lorries sped past and noise was deafening - ruined what we hoped would be a restful few days by the sea- dishonest marketing
4.0
this property is in a great location & is bright and clean! comes with a parking space for the car which is super handy.
only thing for me personally would be small mirror in cupboard could do with a full length mirror, wasn’t a fan of plugging hair rings in and using the bathroom mirror but this is personal preference. and as other people have said you can hear the cars as it is quiet a busy through road but we stayed for 1 night so wasn’t much of a fuss.

nice bath room and decor good parking
very busy road and extremely noisy unable to sleep properly
5.0
Absolutely beautiful stay. lovely bedding and high quality towels make for a great stay. Drink facilities are good. Super comfortable bed. Really great if your meeting family or friends in town and the added bonus of parking makes for piece of mind.
Cupboard under the stairs had no switch and no sensor? the light stayed on the whole time we were there? Not a problem just conscious of electric bill? could do with mugs for tea, hot chocolate etc
4.0
it wan clean and location great
would have been great to have a small seating area, and no chair in one room
1.5
The location is so central it’s a definite positive factor. It was clean and comfortable in terms of furniture. Staff were wonderful and helpful and friendly even when I had to make the complaint.
This property needs to be re-advertised appropriately. Not suitable for families at all, it’s so loud and the whole bed shakes when a car/bus/truck races down the road. it really let’s the situation down. As a family of 5 we had a very tiresome time.
