Lovely and clean. Friendly staff.
Very uncomfortable bottom ‘sofa’ bunk. Reception times a bit limited.

Location and what was in the pods
Although the board stated that the food van on site was open it actually wasn't

Location is good proximity to the marina which had a Asda superstore a few takeaway places and petrol station.
Very close to Brighton city centre and allowed us a brilliant view on the coast line and race tracks.
The glamping pods are suitable for adults and older kids. My eldest who was 4 loved that he was in a bunk bed.
Fold away bed was comfortable for the length of time we stayed there but due to space and 2 very small kids it was a hassle to keep putting it away every time we needed space. But it was sufficient.
Regardless had a good time.
Not suited for very small kids.
Several times my eldest nearly fell out the bunk bed so needed to use the bottom bed which meant our youngest had to sleep in his buggy luckily he’s got a bugaboo).
Had no Wi-Fi facilities as they’d changed contracts so luckily I have unlimited Wi-Fi or could’ve been a problem.
A few of the kitchen utensils weren’t very clean. So we had to rewash everything.

Lovely location, staff friendly/helpful and pod was really comfortable and cleverly designed. Had all we needed.
Could possibly benefit from a curtain over the front door, as the blinds let in some light in the morning.

Location to Brighton was perfect. Lodges were in nice quiet area and well equipped. We would only consider staying here for future Brighton stays

Very nice and quiet location yet it offers quick access to local amenities, as well as tourist spots.
In terms of room for improvement, we noticed some small stains on the bed sheets. But otherwise the glamping pod was literally perfect for us. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return.

The location was perfect, the site had everything we needed. The glamping pod was spotlessly clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be staying again.

Great value for half term visit to Brighton. Glamping pod very comfortable, good hot shower, well stocked kitchenette and good, outdoor seating area. Parking, WiFi, and small play park for children all included. Safe and quiet site. Clear instructions before and during stay to make best use of facilities.
Nothing.

Very clean, well presented; secure and perfect for what we needed for a couple nights away for our little boys first birthday.
Got a little lost finding the site but wouldn’t blame the owners as there’s a few bits going on round here e.g Whitehawk FC etc. Great help once we arrived.

easy to assemble bed

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. They brought our bags to us and had some chocolates for the children. The younger on is CONVINCED the gentleman is actually Santa and he shaves his beard off after Christmas Day and works there LOL! Everything we needed for our 2 night stay was there, we took our own towels which was no big deal at all. The pull down bed was a little uncomfortable with springs but I just put the blanket down to lay on. The kids LOVED their bunk beds. The shower was a bit addictive!! It was just amazing. I was worried it would be cold and brought a hot water bottle but it wasn't needed at all and we even needed to open the windows. The view was lovely and the younger one was excited to see rabbits in the evening. The park was so quiet and relaxing, we would love to visit again.
My own fault but a little far to walk to places as Im not able to drive. But that is on me not the place.

Easy check in at the site reception, and very good directions on getting to our particular pod. Parking was provided specific to our pod which was a very nice touch, and everything was straightforward.
The heating in the pod was very good and there was adequate hot water and a good, though rather low, toilet with no flushing eccentricities. We brought our own towels, but were pleased to find some extra pillows in a cupboard above the TV. Overall, it was very well equipped and the bed was remarkably comfortable. It is very quiet at night - a real bonus.
Little hint for anyone else going here - when entering the pod, unlock the left-hand door not the right-hand door; also if you can figure out how to get a dvd out the combi-TV/DVD player, then you're a better person than me!
The outside patio area is just about the same size as the pod and has a table, chairs, storage box and barbecue. We only used it once (weather forbade other attempts), but it is very nice, though foliage obstructs the view down the hill.
The sofas were rather uncomfortable, even less comfortable than caravan sofas, but it didn't matter as we spent most of our time out and about. We didn't use the cooker, opting to only use the microwave as there was little room for manoeuvre in the kitchen area (well - anywhere really), but that was our choice so it's not a grumble.
Overall, be aware that these pods are small and I would definitely hesitate to recommend for a family or anyone with any kind of mobility issue - even minor. That said, it was warm and cosy and kept us safe and warm despite the howling gale and driving rain outside.

Really well designed space inside the pod that fits in everything you need. It's all within a quiet park that's out of the way, but still convenient for getting to the Marina area. Definitely would stay again.
