Very good apartment for a couple.

Excellent location in Ryde close to the well organised bus routes giving access to much of the island. The view across the Solent was breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, and the big bed extremely comfortable.

As we are in our eighties we found the several flights of stairs up to the apartment challenging.v

Light,airy,good views ,comfortable and peaceful Thankyou for biscuits and milk - very useful

Minor things: one cup with a rough rim, only three of various items, light cord in bathroom too high, area in bathroom under cleaning products stained.

Beach apartment that has it all!

We loved every single thing about this property! The location is perfect and walking distance to all major transportation, bus station, ferry and even a hovercraft. The apartment is even more beautiful than pictured and has everything you need! The host was helpful and responsive. We had an amazing view and we want to stay here again because of the whole package!

perfect accommodation and location to spend the new year .

clean , warm , compact but very comfortable and had everything that we needed , parking great , sea view great , location great , instruction and information file perfect .

perfect View

everything was comfortable, and everything you need.

On the first night we had been traveling around most of the day and all we wanted to do was to shower and be cosy for the evening, but there was no hot water or heating, so no shower for us! I luckily don’t feel the cold but my almost 70 year old Mother does so she was freezing the first night. After ringing the owner in the morning to get it sorted her first reply was “well I don’t know where I will find someone to come look at it on a Saturday”?!? After spending half an hour of my holiday time looking at the booklet and then searching YouTube I fixed the problem.! Also it was very disappointing to see there was no linen for the sofa bed as I’m assuming you didn’t think we would need it which is fine but we both slept separately as I’m a light sleeper and mum snores. we also had to wash the glasses before we used them as they were pretty dirty. other than that what a beautiful apartment.

Highly recommended!

Apartment was brilliant, everything you could ask for. Light and spacious, very clean, very well kitted out, amazing views and close to local amenities. We loved it!

Cozy, comfy, clean and convenient :)

Very clean and very cool in the hot weather. Great views and a very comfy bed.

Nothing but if you were physically impaired it is a 3rd floor apartment without a lift but for us it was completely fine :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ryde and our apartment was extremely convenient.

A very convenient location to both the ferry landing and bus station made life extremely easy throughput our stay.

Just very minor details like small wooden spoons for stirring cooking sauces or a washing up bowl so you could strain boiling water and carry on washing up on the go. Flat 1 wouldn’t have suited less able OAP’s because of the stairs and there was no lift.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing break . Very clean , amazing view , nice and quiet .

The online book in / deposit was more in-depth and wasn’t as advertised by booking.com eg it needs to be paid online through the host not by cash as was advertised but the host was fantastic in helping to resolve .

A Little Gem

This is a super little apartment ,right in the middle of Ryde .There is three flights of stairs to get to the apartment ,but is worth it as there is a fantastic view .The bed was really comfortable bed linen spotless. The small kitchen had everything you could need .Good shower .Lovely and warm .

Unfortunately there was one let down .The bathroom .The bath ,toilet and basin were very clean .The bathroom floor needed attention , personal debris from fellow guests .A strong smell of damp

A perfect place to stay and relax.

The views were amazing and the location was perfect for a walk into town or a trip further afield by bus or train. This modern apartment offers everything needed for a perfect stay.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Nice short break...

Great location.

Breakfast bar uncomfortable to use. A small table and chairs would be better. Also a small side lamp in the lounge would be nice.

Incredible Apartment

The property was a very nice size for two people. The bed was amazingly comfy and everything was absolutely spotless. Julie was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to our needs. The best thing I would say is the view from the living room window, just wow (photos do not do it justice at all!) We would 100% recommend staying in this gorgeous apartment.

The only thing (which isn’t a big thing) is the stairs to the property. We knew when booking it was up two flights of stairs so no complaints about that. The only thing I would say is that the two flights were more like three so might be a bit of a struggle if you are not used to stairs (or incredibly unfit like we are!!) But really not a deal breaker as it’s well worth the climb!

Wonderful well needed break

Clean, spacious and amazing views of the sea. Great location to the beach and the high street. On-site parking as well. Tea and coffee provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge, going that extra mile. Location is great for traveling the isle as well. Julie the owner kept in touch right from the start great communication. All round 10/10 highly recommend

Smart flat with good views

Position of Palmer House on quiet road with great views. Parking on site,. Everything well thought out and very clean. Comfortable bed and large bathroom.

There was only a breakfast bar to eat at, though there would have been room for a small drop leaf table and two folding chairs. Otherwise the flat was perfect.
