Bad experiance would not recommend to go there

the location free parking

property and all kitchenware very dirty no internet on arrival slippery floorboards very poor function of the dishwasher washing mashine mouldy inside poor feedback to the complaints made to the estateagent

Great place to stay - homely.

Really cosy cottage. Equipped with everything you need.

Would be better with a TV in the downstairs bedroom. Quite a few big cobwebs in the upstairs bedroom but just need a feather duster. Other than that - excellent.

Perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing stay

Have stayed in similar but Tollgate cottages are more spacious making this ideal for family. Great location near beach and handy parking.

Really needs outdoor furniture. A picnic bench is simply not enough. Fortunately I anticipated this and bought my own furniture but shouldn’t need to. Holiday homes also need a bbq now we’re in the 22st century. All inexpensive items that can easily be covered to provide years of use.

It was ok.

The tv was much too high on the wall. Older people would have trouble sleeping on the single beds as they were too low. The outside space was not clean or comfortable and the front door step was not marked and was a trip hazard.

A perfect little find right by the beach

What a find. The location was perfect for us, being right by the sea front and not far from the dog-friendly areas of the beach. We enjoyed meals and drinks at the Old Fort and the Boat House, which were around 5-10 minutes walk in either direction from the property. It's a pleasant stroll into Ryde too. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable, and the enclosed outside space was perfect for us to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without worrying that the dogs could escape. We would highly recommend this property and area, and we are extremely keen to come back!

Friendly relaxed estate nice and near beach and lovely Seaview village

Size and location of property, good en suite bath/shower

Dining room chairs were very uncomfortable, Patio furniture (bench) provided was not very nice. Rear of property could do with a good clean

Relaxing stay in lovely location with wildlife outside the back door.

Excellent location, very quiet.

The TV positioned at eye level. A desk to work at.

Cute cottage for a quite peaceful stay near the sea.

A very cute little close of cottages in a quiet location with wild rabbits running around the green at the back which was well looked after. The beds were very comfy, kitchen facilities were good. Security gate to the cottages made you feel secure.

No local shops to walk to. No stalls at local beach for ice cream or coffee. No pegs to hang out washing and washing line was very high to reach. No dressing table, coffee table or desk to use only a fold out dining table. Only 3 drinking glasses and 4 knives. The dinner plates were too big to go in the dishwasher we had to wash them up each time.

Superb

Excellent accommodation and very short walk to the beach. The agents were brilliant in arranging for us to have a late check-out after our ferry sailing was delayed.

The beds were not very comfortable.
