Perfect for couple how plan to do lots of walking

Well equipped cosy cottage master bedroom lovely, kitchen too. Very clean and tidy and warm Good location for coastal walks

Very difficult to locate hidden behind 2 other cottages no signage, Very steep staircase to bedrooms no real banister to help also no local free parking must include this in cost of stay Smaller than expected No outside space

It was hard to find, the directions from booking. Com (sent to maps) didn’t work it took us to a road in Polperro

Very pleasant but with a few changes would have been 5 star.

The property was well located. Beautiful interior with lots of facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and lots of essentials you may need. The property was clean, tidy and very cosy.

There was a strong smell within the cottage which I assume was due to the age and possible damp. The ceiling in the bathroom had mould on. The smell was so strong in the main bedroom we had to purchase a couple of air fresheners. The outside area wasn’t very inviting. Needed a tidy up; broken chair, broken plant pot, cigarette butt in plant pot. Would have been nice to sit out there with a morning coffee. The parking wasn’t as cheap all day/night as mentioned. This added on additional costs of the holiday.

Lovely cottage.

Beautifully decorated and clean cottage in a good location. Lots of reading material and information for the surrounding area.

Cottage could have done with more than one roll of toilet paper and a dish cloth for washing up. We also found it less comfortable for all four of us to sit in the lounge so could have done with another chair. BBQ area was unusable really, chairs quite mucky and area difficult to access, It does say that this is not a property for people with mobility problems but the area is up a slim steep path away from the front access. Could have done with a gate or something as it wasn't possible to let the dogs out as its a shared area. Bunk beds where a little squeaky.

Cute character building, close to Looe harbour. Cosy living room, lovely primary bedroom.

Black mould on the bathroom ceiling, very uncomfortable bunk bed mattresses. Only one towel provided per person, could do with one large and one small per person.

Great cottage in heart of Looe

Great little cottage in the heatrt of west Looe! Family friendly. Very accomodating hosts. Close proximity to shops and cafes. 15 minute walk to the sea.

Some dog hair on the carpet but otherwise very happy with overall cleanliness of the property.

Fantastic location and lovely cottage.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location with a amazing deli 50 yards down the street. Highly recommended and definitely will return. Dog friendly too and Sky TV...

A fence and gate would have made all the difference so our dog could be left to go in and out and not be able to run off.

Exceptional

Clean and very nicely decorated. Looe is a lovely little fishing town and the cottage is in a brilliant quiet location but also very close to the harbour and (nice) local shops.

if you’re looking for a cottage to escape to with all the mod cons with old charm, this is the one.

Location was perfect, so quaint, so comfortable, and great facilities.

I would say the only downside is that there is no parking and you have to either be very lucky with availability close by or have a 10 minute walk from the town centre (Millpool) car park which is really good value to be fair.

Lovely little cottage was perfect, my kids absolutely loved it, very close to the harbour, has shops and pubs nearby, was our first time visiting looe and we will definitely visit again was a great weekend break!

A lovely, cosy cottage that had both charm and creature comforts needed for a family.

Great Cottage

The cottage is placed in a very good location 10 minutes walk to the beach and high street, but there are also local grocery shops within a stone's view which was very useful. Great places to eat but book in advance required. The cottage itself was very clean and modern. It provided all the basics required. Great for a small family,

The cottage provided a hoover but no charger and charge on the hoover so couldn't use. There was no dust pan and brush either.

the shower leaked through the ceiling so every time you had a shower someone had to make sure the floor was dried up downstairs a bit of a pain

We enjoyed our stay in Looe but would not return to this property mainly due to the mobility issues.

it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was helpful when I rang him about the wifi.

Challenging for my husband who has mobility problems. There was a steep flight of stairs with no rail or grab. The property is situated on lower part of a hill. access to the property was via an alleyway which had an incline and steps up to the front door. At night the alleyway was dark and you have to wait at the steps until the sensor light comes on. It would be useful for the property description to indicate that there are challenges if you have difficulty with mobility. it would also be useful to have a simple information pack showing how to light the gas fire and an explanation of the timed heating and how to boost it as the house was cold at times. This would save having to ring the owners,as when you are on holiday this is the last thing you want to do.

A lovely little cottage, well presented and equipped.

Very well presented and a great location.

The lack of parking was an issue and would cause less able people a few issues, but this was highlighted by the property owners and suited us.
