Lovely cottage in the Ribble valley. Great value for money and would definitely book again

Gorgeous little cottage. Nice area out the front to have a drink in the sunshine. The inside was lovely and modern and the staff were friendly. They had also provided milk, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels etc.

Beautiful property in beautiful location - romantic getaway and also very dog friendly

Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed for a weekend away - excellent facilities. Hosts available if needed and very accommodating. Beautiful location. Only a short walk into Waddington village. Two pubs in village serving food. Short drive to Clitheroe - Bowlands food hall worth a visit! Hosts very dog friendly which was also great.

Excellent dog friendly accommodation for chilling out on a much needed short break

Extremely dog friendly - our miniature labradoodle thought she had won the lottery as she eagerly explored the vast grassed areas outside! Hosts were friendly, helpful and informative. Plenty of useful thoughtful items provided - enough coffee, tea, sugar for our short stay (even a starter bottle of milk); washing up items, tea towel, lovely smelling hand soap in the ensuite - and should you want to use the shower, clearly labelled dispensers containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap can be found neatly placed on the window sill; whilst all towels, including a bathroom mat, lie neatly folded on the wall shelf rail. The surrounding hills and landscapes provide a beautiful, relaxing backdrop.

Just one comment: The lack of curtains/blinds on the french doors and ensuite window meant the early morning light woke us up earlier than we would have liked! However this was by no means a major problem and didn't cause any privacy issues, as 'The Coop' is not overlooked in any way.

Lovely and cosy! Bed was comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had forgotten tea and coffee however they were provided along with some milk! great surrounding area and host respected our privacy!

Bath mat would be handy for when you get out of shower.

Lovely cosy comfortable stay, ideal for exploring the Ribble Valley.

Lovely cosy property with everything we needed for our weekend break and an ideal place for exploring the Ribble Valley and it's many walks, and only a short drive from Pendle Hill. Pet friendly and plenty of space outside for our two dogs to runaround.

Couldn,t find anything to fault.

A little gem

Delightful little converted barn with everything you could possibly need. Very quiet and pretty setting in fields on a farm.. Owners on hand to make sure you're comfortable. Close to Waddington village which is lovely and walking distance to 3Millstones gastropods and very highly rated Upper Buck restaurant. Bed and shower we're high standard .

Would go there again.

Compact. Had everything we needed. Very near to the village centre - 15 minute walk to the two local pubs. Dog friendly. Warm. Parking.

The bathroom is a wet room, so the floor was permanently wet. We didn’t know where to put the bags of dog waste.
