It was super classy and stylish (I think even better than some hotels), and it was clean and comfortable. It has a wonderful location if you are into beaches and would like to spend some time at the beach and have a sea view. The host is very helpful and understanding. I also like the fact that they have a booklet in the room that includes places you can go to, restaurants, taxi's, bus stops and many more.
I don't have anything negative to say.

Bed very low.

great location, awesome recommendations, nice small touches

It was the privacy of the accommodation with its own entrance and garden that first attracted me - the room itself was lovely, bright, clean and fresh with convenient ensuite. Parking was available on the street outside. Tankerton High Street and the seafront were just a ten minute stroll away. The host, Natalie, was very friendly and welcoming too. I enjoyed a fabulous couple of days and look forward to visiting again - I would definitely recommend.
I have no complaints - the room suited me to a T.

Very stylish. Light & airy. Good coffee & wine in the welcome pack & milk provided too. Helpful owner came to let us in when I forgot the entry PIN.
It really is very small!

the only downside was their was not a extra blanket i woke up cold a couple of times . I should have asked for one I’m sure it would have been ok . unfortunately I’m one of those people who don’t like bothering people .

Absolutely stunning property with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Quiet location with parking right outside. Lovely decor inside and out - comparable to that of an expensive hotel (but at a more affordable price!)
With practical additions including coffee machine, fridge, Wi-Fi, TV package and outside seating, our stay was both relaxed and enjoyable.
Whitstable/Tankerton is a perfect location for any traveller wanting to be close to the sea, while access to town and city trips being within easy reach. All of this listed in the helpful information emailed to us prior to our arrival, as well as in the room.
We would highly recommend.
Absolutely nothing to dislike!

it was superb
no draw space. nowhere to put jumpers folded shirts underwear etc.

Beautifully presented; very clean, water, milk and a bottle of wine were very welcome. Tea, coffee pods and biscuits also. A lovely setting in the owners garden with our own entrance.
We had dinner twice at The Marine Hotel which was very nice with exceptional and friendly staff, particular praise for Esther and Jimmy.
Accommodation was a bit smaller than we'd anticipated, with only the bed to sit on inside. More comfortable chairs outside would be great but these are small things and wouldn't stop us booking again. Thank you Natalie

Considerate and attentive host's, beautifully designed accommodation in the Art Deco style. Location is very peaceful and excellent for the beach, Whitstable and Herne Bay with some great places to eat and drink all within a one mile radius.

The host was truly kind and welcoming. We've met Natalie soon after we entered the room and she was so warm and friendly and she even arranged for us a surprise that was just the cherry on the cake, an already beautiful cake.
The room was spacious and super clean, with all the comfort you can get (the shower, wow!), in addition to stylish interiors, exceeding the typical characteristics of an accomodation.
The room had its own entrance, so we were completely indipendent, and it was facing a beautiful tropical garden, that gave us the illusion we were in a French villa on the cote azure coast, simply stunning!
10 minutes from the beach and 10/15 minutes from the main shops and restaurants.
We fell in love with the town and we decided to go there as often as we can, and obviously we're going to book this room again and again!!!!
Flawless, so no complaints

Very much enjoyed our stay . Clean and smart with comfortable bed.
Everything was great

the style of the decor was lovely and matched the Art Deco house. The facilities were cleverly fitted into the space available to make the limited size feel spacious. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed little touches like wine in the fridge and candles.
no way to protect the cabinet top when making tea etc. so was worried about making marks on the paintwork.

The hosts were very accommodating, they checked up on us a couple of times when we bumped into them. The rooms so was lovely, well decorated and very open. The location is beyond perfect, even if your stay is for whitstable it’s only a 5-10 minute walk along the high street or the beach. Tankerton itself is a beautiful town and wonderful to explore being so close to the room. We had everything we needed and additional information about food places and local things to do. Even though it’s on street parking there’s plenty of space and the street isn’t busy at all.
Could of provided more towels. However we didn’t ask and they probably would have provided them if we did ❤️

We felt very comfortable and were made to feel very welcome at The Little Limes!
Our stay gave us the perfect rest we needed in a really lovely location.
The owner sent a detailed message regarding the local pubs and restaurants before our arrival which was really useful to be able to book restaurants ahead, as they do get busy during the holiday period. There are some great restaurants locally too!
We liked the fact that we had a fridge in the room and teas and coffees provided. Parking was also really easy; just outside the property.
We also enjoyed a walk into Whitstable along the seafront; it’s a lovely area to be in!

We had a lovely two night stay at Little Limes...it was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Natalie sent loads of info regarding the local area, restaurants etc in advance so we felt at home straight away. It's close to busy Whitstable if you want hustle and bustle, but Tankerton itself is lovely if you want a quieter time. All in all pretty perfect!

It was close the the seafront, very stylish and there were added extras including a bottle of wine in the fridge!
Nothing.

The property is absolutely fabulous restored to absolute perfection. Every part is finished to a high standard and immaculately clean. Quality of appliances excellent Nespresso coffee machine powerful shower and an impressive hairdryer!!!
Just wish we had found it earlier no doubt it will be booked out solid when we want to go again but we will definitely try Natalie !!!!

the property was lovely, comfortable and clean, ideal location, so close to a seafront with lots of little things you can do around.
there’s nothing I disliked about the property, however, you can hear the train toot throughout the night a few times, if you’re a light sleeper this maybe of some concern.
