Very poor and bad

Very bad room cockroch and mosquito every where in room. Cockroches on the bed Toilet very dirty. This is the very worse hotel apartment i have been in my last 16 year traveling. Breakfast was very poor. not buffet they count each and everything they give in breakfast. Its been very shameful and bad experience not recommended anyone

It was horrible.

There was nothing likable.

This property should be removed from booking.com. Me and my girlfriend rented the room for whole night to keep my baggage and paid the money and I had to go outside to hospital to check up on my relative that was admitted. The hotel staff told me that if I am not staying in the place for the night they will have to check me out. They kicked me out of the place and did not give a refund. It was a very bad experience

Very disappointed with the cleanliness , in the rooms there were mosquitos, the blankets were smelly

As soon as I entered in my room on 4th of Jan , someone used the toilet before hand and didn’t even flash , I complained and we were given other rooms but the toilets were still dirty as anything , toilet commodes were full of stains and I’m sure they never use any bleach to clean them. The manager was pretty relaxed and was seeking the payment every day but not a great customer service provided . Specially their toilets need to be spotless otherwise it’s so unhygienic to stay there with family .

Their bathrooms and their so relaxing behaviour about the untidiness there.

Every body knows that now 02 hours load shedding of Electricity is a common issue But There was no Generator or IPS facility here No proper water supply

Don’t book this hotel

Staff was good.

Very bad hotel to stay. Main door and toilet door lock is broken. No generator is there if the electricity is gone. Zero room light. When the power was gone the whole hotel and rooms fully dark. Not value for money.

Nice location and looks home stay

• Very lice location at Gulshan-2. • I have stayed on Room-402. • Good breakfast served in room: Juice, Banana 1pcs, Egg Omlet, Ruti 2pcs, Mixed Vegetables, with a hot tea. • Room are Looks like homestay. • Mahbub bhai allowed late checkout facilities upto 2:30pm.

Floor area not fully cleaned where a lot of dirty sands. Besides, there are many cabinets in room whether most boxes in cabinet are filled by hotel storekeepers items like- Bed Sheets, Shoes etc. Balcony have some electrical instruments and partition between 2rooms not appropriate.

I didn’t like how they want to cheat foreigners and try to deal outside booking.com . The place was nt worth to stay and washroom was not even cleaned. They didn’t gave the room which I booked

It was a disaster!

We were surprised on arrival as the location has been changed. The staffs were not polite and friendly. Services were not as per expectation. The bed and pillows were hard, not comfy. They told me there was a bathtub but it wasn't. The room was much smaller than it showed in the picture. Totally different room than in the picture. The telephone was dead. The paratha was hard to chew during breakfast. I felt that they were discriminating as we booked it through BOOKING.COM. Asked for advanced in the messages which is unexpected as it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process.
