This cottage exceeded my expectations for this trip. It was more than we had expected. From check in to check out Julia was super helpful and answered all questions. We cut our time in Sequoia NP to come back and enjoy the cottage. You basically have your own private beach next to the river. We bought inner tubes and rope to secure, and floated in the river until evening. Hot tub was great to soak in, in the morning before the heat. Plenty of food choices in the area as well. We will return for another weekend away.

The place was clean and very nice to stay in. We loved the private walk down to the river where we could cool down after hiking. The one downside for us was that it had a very small window air conditioner that was supposed to keep the place cool but with 108 degree days, it did not keep up and the cottage was very warm and so it was hard to cool down after our hikes in Sequoia. The hot tub was clean but it was too hot outside for us to enjoy. Great places to eat in Three Rivers which were right down the road. All in all we had a nice stay, just a little warm.

Owner does a good job communicating and location is fantastic. Our stay was during a hot part of year so window AC unit couldn't keep up and room was very hot so be prepared. Cottage was clean and river behind property is fantastic. Will say again.

We just lived this little cottage. It all the amenities we needed and more. It was quiet and peaceful . It was very easy to get to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon. There is even a beautiful house named Robbie right outside your door, you get to feed him treats and give him love. Our stay was perfect. Thank you Julia

This property has everything. We brought food and drinks and did not want to leave. This is close to the park and all the shops but not too close. Try the river rafting it was a blast. Property is great and the horse is an added bonus. The owners are attentive and friendly.

Cabin was as described and great for 2 adults. It was quiet and had access to the river. Communication with the owner was great and she was very quick to respond. This is a good location for home base with about an hours drive to get into Sequoia np. Our stay aligned with the Aurora being visible in much of the US and we got some great pictures right off the back porch! We enjoyed our stay here and would return to stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, it’s the perfect location, has an amazing host, and it has all the amenities you need plus a few bonuses )horse, hot tub, fire place, situated in a river), definitely will be coming again!

The cottage was just what was needed for our mental health & wellness. After a day of hiking at the park and exploring Three Rivers, soaking in the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. It was a pleasure to meet a kind & caring host and enjoy a peaceful waterfront property. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful cozy cottage convenient to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We enjoyed giving the horse treats, the jacuzzi and walking the short path to the river. Property host was friendly and quick to repond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Three Rivers just outside of the entrance to Sequoia National Park. The river access was beautiful and peaceful.

Great location to sequoia national park 15 minutes to gate. Great hot tub to relax in after hiking. There are no restaurants or grocery stores in the area so make sure to grocery shop before you get there. The closest grocery store or nice restaurant is over 30 minutes away.

Beautiful location close to the national park and beautiful, cool river!!

Had some trouble locating the property and wasn't sure what to do when we got there but there were extenuating circumstances with that. Once we were settled everything was great. Including Robbie. Thanks for opening this location to travellers.

We could not have asked for a better stay! Julia is so kind and attentive, she really ensured we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Our room was very clean and there is a hot tub! :) Her property is absolutely beautiful and Robbie is a trip! The ranch is literally 5 minutes from south entrance to Sequoia which is so convenient!! Especially after spending all day at the parks… it was nice to be so close. There are a few restaurants near by, horseback riding, and white water rafting all within a 10 minute drive from here.
My favorite thing about staying here was the view of the stars at night!! The Milky Way is clearly visible in the sky. It is truly magical :)
Julia made my husband and I feel right at home, and we will definitely be staying here when we come back to Sequoia and King’s Canyon :)

Nice cottage that is close to Sequoia National Park. Unfortunately the closest entrance to the park was closed so we had to take a longer drive but still a nice experience.

Sequoia’s entrance was open only to Hospital Rock, but we were able to drive to the Big Stump entrance in about an hour. We had a great time.

Beautiful setting with a short walk to the river. The hot tub was a huge plus for a relaxing evening. Clean, and quiet.

The cottage was private and cozy. The river was only a short walk away and you could sit by the fire pit down there. After hiking in the park, the hot tub was a great relief for sore muscles! The kitchen was decently well stocked, but the only small knock was I think they leave the cleaning of the dishes to the previous guests who stayed there so they weren't the cleanest.

It was so peaceful and romantic. The hot tub was awesome my husband and I used it every day. The place came with all the needed things. Grocery store was close and we cooked in the cottage. Close to town close to the sequoias. Would love to visit again 😃

Clean well-furnished cottage with a very kind hospitable hostess Juli. Easy access to Sequoria NP.

This cottage worked for us, it’s close to SNP which was the purpose of our trip. The river access on the property is beautiful. The only concern given how hot it is in Three Rivers was the A/C which wasn’t very strong.

I really, really want to love this home. It's so charming, full of character, surrounded by trees and in a great area. But...it just wasn't clean enough for me to get comfortable. The whole home had a distinct odor, even with all windows open and a candle burning. The flooring in the bedroom is pieces of different fabrics laid over what looks like carpet padding. The furnishings (main chairs, couch) are very worn, some have stains and not very clean. And the outdoor padded furniture isn't covered, so it had puddles of water all over it. With an investment in flooring and furniture, and more thorough cleaning, this place would really be wonderful!

This charming little cabin is hidden away from noise of the city, along the edge of the Kaweah River. Peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. It is conveniently located not far from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. LOVED our stay.

The little ranch was quite and private, and the horses were nice. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Best part was definitely the private River access! Great swimming spot!

Perfect getaway for two
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and Juli went out of her way to make is special. The location is close to the Sequoia National Park where we spent two days hiking and exploring. Also close to white water rafting. The best part was being able to take a short walk down to the river. We spent a lot of time there just relaxing. Can't forget about the spa for two, which as nice after a long day of hiking. We will be staying here again. Thanks again Juli for everything.
