Nature et intimité

Très jolie petite maison entourée de plantes, de fleurs, de papillons. Très tranquille avec beaucoup d'intimité. A 10min a pied de la plage (payante) et petits commerce et resto à proximité. Hôte très aimable et disponible. Climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Douche très tiède mais convient avec la température. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Tout était fonctionnels. Prix extrêmement raisonnable. On a adoré cet endroit, on sera volontiers rester encore!

Une ampoule avec une teinte un peu plus chaude serait plus agréable ainis qu'une lampe de chevet. Le matelas du lit double est à ressort, c'est suffisamment confortable mais pourrait être mieux. Le lit simple est plus confortable que le double. Seul un drap fin pour se couvrir, même s'il fait très chaud on préfère dormir avec une couverture/duvet un peu plus épais mais c'est personnel. C'est vrai que la cuisine est peu fournie mais ça nous a suffit. Si vous n'aimez pas être réveillé par le chant des oiseaux alors ce n'est pas pour vous, nous on a trouvé ça agréable.

Logement plus cher dans son jus

Présence de climatisation. Accueil très sympathique. Cadre du logement bucolique. Faciliter d’installation alors que nous sommes arrivés beaucoup plus tôt que l’ heure d’enregistrement initiale.

La climatisation était très peu puissante. Il a fallu plusieurs heures pour vraiment attendre la température désirée. Le logement est globalement assez vieillot. La salle de bain est très exiguë. Le lit était peu confortable.

Muy bien

La ubicación es genial, muy cerca del parque nacional Marino Ballena y de supermercados. La casa es pequeña pero tiene de todo para pasar unos días allí. Tiene aire acondicionado. La terraza es agradable. La amabilidad de los propietarios lo mejor, nos guardaron el equipaje mientras visitábamos el parque. Parqueo privado. Precio súper económico!

Olía muchísimo a naftalina! Si no fuera por eso, un 10

Pura Vida - amazing place to stay in Uvita! Cannot wait to be back!

Very cozy and so clean. The kitchen has all the basic utilities you need. Jorge and his parents are so kind and welcoming! They answered all my questions and helped me out with anything throughout my stay. I arrived in the middle of the night (2AM) and it was extremely easy to check in by myself, as Jorge had sent me all the info including pictures I needed.

I liked everything, however, for people, who are noise sensitive I would recommend to wear ear plugs throughout the night.

Small, cozy and private

Location and comfort, it was overall nice They had a guide for buses and taxis with it's times and location, it was super helpful and it was very private

There were no lights on the path to the street-house and there wasnt anyone staff we could easily talk to besides going to knock on their house, I guess that's just part of the whole aesthetic.

Good location for the beach with a basic kitchen and air conditioning for a good price.

Very basic kitchenette, but with two hobs to cook on. Lots of electrical sockets, including by the bed. Air conditioning included. We arrived late, but were still able to gain access. Big room.

I could feel the springs through the mattress. Bathroom door couldn't be closed properly or locked. No curtains on kitchen windows. No beside lamp. No hot water in shower until I searched online to discover how to use shower heater. It had been switched off on the shower head and on the breaker switches, so if you find there's no hot water, turn the shower head switch to the left (solid dot) and pull the breaker switch down to turn it on. Had to pay in cash.

Exceptional

Really great chalet which was a 10 minute walk to the Whales Tail and restaurants 15 minute walk into town although you really don't need to go there as the beach area is much nicer. The host was really helpful and ensured we had all the information we needed

Really not anything - we did have early morning strumming right outside one morning but that wasn't a major issue. We couldn't get any warmth at all from the shower

Super cute chalet in a great Tico neighborhood. Jefe Jorge was such a great host and was super helpful. The place was clean and it was in a great location close to two really great cafes and restaurants and we were able to walk to the whales tale daily. The place was very great price too! I would rent again!

Great little spot. Good start to our holiday.

Lovely spot and the nearby national park is spectacular. Cabin was very peaceful and clean. Easy walk to facilities.

A lot of people have mentioned the lack of storage and I thought they were being fussy. But there is literally no storage at all. There is plenty of room for some hooks on the wall or a rail. It would improve it immensely for very low cost and small effort. Then I would give a score of 9.

Pleasant

Nice spacious chalet, clean. Basic but useful kitchenette and fridge. AC was really good. They brought us a big bag of Rambutan from the garden when we arrived which we really enjoyed!

Not a big issue but the access road is a track.
