Very polite, professional and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room.
4.2
Nice hotel located in Shinjuku area, very convenient if you want to go out and have a drink.
4.2
recently stayed at a hotel that offered a slightly larger room, which was quite decent for the price. The staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently assisting with luggage delivery arrangements. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest train station. While the area could be rowdy at night, it felt safe, typical of Japan’s environment. Overall, my experience was positive, especially considering the room size and the attentive service provided by the staff.
4.2
The room had plenty of space and was perfectly placed near many stations.
4.2
The hotel is in a great location, walkable to many destinations in the area, but away from the hustle and bustle around Shinjuku Station. The rooms are small, but no smaller than any other more expensive hotels we have stayed at in the area. The staff were helpful.
4.2
Very helpful staff, easy walking distance to the entertainment area and main train station. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
4.2
This hotel is in a good location and it is handy for restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and well equipped.
The rooms however are really small and you can’t open a suitcase unless you put it on the bed. I would only recommend if you are only one person per room.

There was mold in the bathroom flys everywhere living room etc pillows were stiff

Rooms are way too small

Our first time to Tokyo and just a heads up.... the rooms are much smaller than the U.S. But, something that really set this place apart was the incredible staff. Jokura was incredible and Komura helped her complete some very complicated luggage transfer requests. They were both so helpful, friendly and patient. Jokura went out of her way to make sure everything went well. It is with employees like her and Komura that makes me recommend this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again with staff like this.
The hotel was only several minutes walk from bus drop offs and train stations. There was tons of food choices and entertainment all within less than a ten minute walk.
My whole family had a wonderful time in a cute, little, charming hotel that was incredibly convenient and gives you a great taste of Shinjuku.

Stayed for 6 nights in August and it was very good, the rooms were clean and most importantly the AC was strong. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in Shinjuku district. 10 minute walk to several different train stations. Clean and comfortable room.
4.2
Love the location, hotel amenities are awesome. Small rooms but way better than other hotels for the price range. Close to everything!! Def recommend and would come back!!
4.2
Best place to stay. Best staffs.
4.2
A really nice modern hotel, rooms are small but that is typical of the city. It’s in a brilliant location, right in the heart of Shinjuku! When we were making our way through the street to the hotel we were apprehensive about the are, but the hotel is nicer than others in this road, and we found it to be safe too.
4.2
Close to a lot of places to go drink and eat.
4.2
Overall it was a good experience. Clean and convenient to the areas we wanted to travel to. Staff was very polite and easy enough to communicate with. No complaints.
4.2
Friendly staff, but it is little far from the Tran station
4.2
The hotel itself had a contempo feel which was nice and grounds were very neat.
As a 6 foot 2 person, the room was TINY! I had to crawl up to my side of the bed.
The staff were courteous and very nice. They provided a birthday basket to my partner which was very thoughtful.
Overall a very good experience.

Room and bathroom size was great compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. Super clean and easy to get to from the staion

Location very convenience get around.
4.2
A few meters from the heart of Shinjuku, the location of the hotel is really good with easy access to two subway stations. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom is big and spacious. The room doesn’t have a lot of free space so be advise in case traveling with more than one suitcase, it can be a bit tight. What’s more, the hotel provides everything you need for your stay, from sleepers to pajamas and bathroom items. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and think it’s a good price-benefit hotel.
4.2
Loved staying here. Lots of space given the other places we looked at staying. Well priced too.
Lighting in the room was also very cool.
4.2
Great location for the heart of shinjuku. Rooms are small but location and staff were amazing.
4.2
Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The area was quiet, the room was very clean.
4.2
Young staff members were very helpful and eager to respond to questions. They made our stay very enjoyable!
4.2
A great spot in Shinjuku and a wonderful hotel experience. I would love to stay at this hotel again!
4.2
Great Location and easy Check-In and Out Process.
4.2
I arrived at 1530 to check in and was told that my room was not ready yet despite check in time starting at 1500. After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes I was told the room I booked was not available even though I reserved it over a month in advanced. I was downgraded to a room with two small beds instead of the queen size bed in a room that felt much smaller. I do not believe there was a change in the price I was charged despite being placed in a lower quality room than what I paid.
4.2
Stay 4 nights there, I was arranged a double bed room for me. It is cleanness, and spacious (18 meters) if you compared with another hotel in Tokyo. The staff was polite, helpful and honest, they contacted me as soon as postal I forgot to bring the iPhone in the front desk.
For the local convenience, the hotel located between the JR Shinjuku east exit and JR Shin'ookubo。 The only drawback is that the water temperature is difficult to adjust, it's either too hot or too cold.
4.2
The location was near what I was looking for in the city.
