Amazing and beautiful secluded resort. I travel a good amount and this has been my favorite resort so far. The location was beautiful, the room was beautiful and the food was so good, EVERY MEAL!
I did the Pilates class and it was so perfect. Also did the Swedish massage, it was okay, I’ve had better but it was still good.
The staff is so friendly and kind. The room was superb! We spent a day just in our room enjoying the space and eachother.

Great property but limited dining with same menu for breakfast. Only have one restaurant. Transportation to anywhere is 75-100 US dollars round trip. The beach attach to resort as to much seaweed to use.

Food was absolutely delicious! Property was quiet, and serene. Our stay was slightly interrupted by Tropical Storm Ernesto, so we weren’t able to take advantage of any excursions away from the resort. The resort doesn’t offer any entertainment options at all. Be sure to bring a Firestick if want to watch television, or bring some books. Make sure to stock up on snacks also, as there are no food options outside of the meals provided. The place was nice. I just think my wife and I were expecting more entertainment options.

Our room looked like the online pictures, staff was attentive , nice and friendly. The food was delish sometimes the portions were too small. Reynaldo, Rosy, and countless others were absolutely amazing in all aspects, the front desk staff, James fixed our AC and was vesting in our comfort and things working perfectly. The entire team was pleasant, smiling and provided a great service. I wish I remembered the names of a few others who were consistently outstanding! Thank you all!
Warm regards,

WOW. My husband and I recently went here for our honeymoon. From the beautiful views to the private pools in the room to the 5 star dining, this place is a dream come true. Maxine was my favourite server, so friendly and accommodating. The staff in general are fantastic as well, and made sure our every need was met. The lovely woman at the front desk (whose name I failed to remember) made an entire itinerary for us once we selected the excursions we wanted to take. The entire vacation was seamless and stress free thanks to the help of the staff.
My only advice is BRING BUG SPRAY because we forgot it and it’s definitely necessary. Those mosquitoes are vindictive little buggers!
We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for the experience ❤️

I rated this property very poor only because less than 24hrs before I was scheduled to arrive the airline I was traveling with canceled my flight. I search countlessly for a flight but there was none due to the carnival that was happening in the country and the high volume of travelers seeking alternative flights. I reach out to the resort once it was confirmed that I was unable to secure alternative travel arrangements and they refused to issue me a refund or even providing me with a credit for an alternative date and time. I totally understand it’s not there fault my flight was canceled but it also was not mine. I believe management could have been more accommodating giving the circumstances

10/10 would recommend! Their food is A1, customer service is great, the views the amenities everything was amazing. The only con is that the location is out the way from many excursions so traveling is harder for that but other than that great resort!

Just book it, I m doing a lot of trips and that resort was one of the best I ever booked. Everything about that resort was awesome. Food incredible. Staff very friendly. View from restaurant omg. Pool on your balcony. Just everything was awesome. Nice, clean and quiet. Drinks so good, try their pina coloada ! Book a room with pool, great view as well and super nice water. Order a stake, was incredible good. A

The trip was good. I would Prefer better food options, the surcharges at an “All-inclusive” resort was a not so good surprise.
Additionally; the kitchen and bar closing relatively early was another surprise I didn’t expect from an all inclusive resort. I also think that the distance from the resort to the more active town should be detailed on the website page. Going 30+ minutes with 50$ cab minimum every time we left the resort was kind of ridiculous.

Quiet and relaxing, room was beautiful.

The shuttles to the beach was repeatedly late, leaving us stranded in the heat for 30 min at a time. The breakfasts and lunches were hounded by birds who’d steal food off your table. The Sushi boat we ordered arrived almost an hour late (and was compensated) but was the worst sushi we’d ever had. I would’ve given it a three star were it not for the food poisoning from their BBQ-night. The staff were friendly though.

I didn't like being in the middle of nowhere. It was not close to anything. I guess I should have read the description better. The food and staff were great. The Escape was literally an escape. It just wasn't what I was expecting or looking for on vacation.

We just got back today from a 6 day trip. Non such is a great hotel. It’s quiet and relaxing and this is what we were looking for when looking for hotels. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. Even though there is only 1 restaurant they switch up their menu daily for lunch and dinner. Taxis are EXPENSIVE so I’d recommend renting a car to save on costs. Rooms are great with amazing views. We will return at some point.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Escape. The whole property is clean and very well maintained, but the rooms themselves are just unparalleled. The plunge pool was a total game changer and elevated this room to be one of the nicest, if not the nicest, room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly and accommodating for anything you need. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in as our flight got in very early and we just wanted to drive the grounds and planned to eat lunch elsewhere and come back for our check in at 3. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and a cocktail and were told we could enjoy lunch on property while they readied our room for an early check in no charge! The one and only “complaint” I have is meal service. We were pretty consistently out of beverages and waiting for refills for longer periods of time, which was just a little frustrating considering it is hot and we were thirsty. Additionally, one lunch we waited over an hour to be served and were then told what we ordered was no longer available. This was extremely frustrating because it was our last day and we were eager to be back in the pool enjoying the amenities and missed out on that because of a 2 hour lunch waiting for food. That being said, the food was always delicious and fresh and the portions were plentiful. All in all, The Escape was a FANTASTIC resort and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend it with the advisement of the food service lacking slightly.

Overall experience at Escape no such bay was good. It’s located in an area surrounded by lots of trees so there’s always bugs crawling around and flying around in your room. Maybe they should exterminate the rooms every so often. But other than that, my husband and I enjoyed the quiet resort.

The escape was definitely an escape! The room was very clean, modern with a beautiful view!! The plunge pool was the icing on the cake. When it comes to staff and service in the restaurant, this is where The Escape can improve. The staff many of times did not greet us and would walk right by us as we stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Restaurant staff was not friendly, which was ultimately a disappointment. After leaving COCO’s resort with 5 star service to come over to do a few nights there at the escape, it was a huge let down when it came to the restaurant staff and service. However front desk staff and housekeeping was very friendly and met our needs and we truly enjoyed the room!

Non Escape was literally paradise. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation with no noise and not a huge crowd. Non Escape is the best place to be. We enjoyed every second.

Our first trip to Antigua and it went from great to exceptional! JT picked us up at the airport, champagne flowing, and told us all about this great island on our way to Escape. (He also took us on several other trips while there too.) we were brought to the reception area and given a quick “tour” of all the different things the resort offered while drinking a great rum punch. We then were taken to our room to freshen up before dinner and what a room!! It was everything they said it was and more. Super clean, very cool and the pool was calling out to us-so clean and inviting! After a quick dip, shower and a change of clothes we made our way to the dining room where we met Maxine-she was such a charming hostess and we quickly became friends. She accommodated all our requests and always with a smile! The bar was tended by Kadeem who makes the absolute best mudslides we’ve ever had (he has a secret ingredient that makes it so good). We slept like we’ve never slept before that night (and every night after). We spent a day at the resorts pool a couple of days, went snorkeling, visited several beaches and saw sights, (English Harbor, St John, etc) but the star of the trip was our resort. Always clean, everyone was always nice, welcoming and friendly and the food was just perfect! The portions were perfect (not so much you felt stuffed, but plenty enough to be full), even the pool bites were great!! We really enjoyed our second honeymoon at Escape and highly recommend it! 5⭐️

Several aspects of my recent stay at The Escape at Nonsuch Bay from June 23 through June 25, 2024. While I had high expectations for my visit to your all-inclusive, adults-only resort, my experience fell significantly short of what I anticipated.
Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist did not provide any explanation or orientation about the resort facilities and services. Instead, I was simply told that an email had been sent with an overview, which was inadequate and unwelcoming.
Throughout my stay, I encountered multiple issues, particularly with the dining services and check out. The quality of the food was consistently poor. I had to send back a fish dish due to its unpleasant taste, only to be served a chicken dish that was hard and dry. The substandard food forced me to leave the dining area and return to my room, which was inconveniently distant and especially troublesome during the rain. I was surprised to find that no shuttle service was available to assist guests in such conditions.
While breakfast was decent, the dining experience was marred by birds eating off plates and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Additionally, mosquitoes were a significant problem during dinner, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. On one occasion, I had to settle for a hamburger and fries in my room due to the unacceptable dining environment.
There were also issues with the room itself. It had an unpleasant odor, and outlet in bathroom doesn't work and despite my concern

The escape is a perfect honeymoon destination! The staff are kind, the people beautiful and easy going, soft spoken. There is a luxurious unique feel. It is not like most resorts with parties every night, or so big you get lost. So if that’s is what you are looking for, this is not the place for you. There is only restaurant. The menu does change every day, but there are limited options. I’d give the food about a 7-8 out of 10. There is a
Pool with pool side bites from 3-5 if you get hungry between meals.
There are activities offered by the resort! One day we did the nature walk by Vorn Johnson! Highly recommend. He knew the names of hundreds of plants and even found a ripe sour sop fruit that he took back to the bar and have juiced!! He’s pretty famous on the island. We also took steel pan lessons with Smiley and Wednesdays they have a BBQ night. We did Shirley heights and half moon bay and green island. Because it is on the south east side of the island you do need to take a taxi most places if you want to explore outside the resort. But the resort will set it up for you. They can range $40-$80 round trip. We ended up getting a rental car which they dropped off for us at the resort! So accommodating. We will return for N anniversary at some point. The floating breakfast was fun! Plunge pool and bath outside and view was worth the price tag!!!!

Hands down one of the best hotels room
Besides the shower being fully open with no privacy in your room
Very peaceful n relaxing hotel
Not much to do in the area because you will be on the other side of the island away from all the activities and fun
Hotel was All inclusive drinks n food
Drinks are super weak (bottom shelf) so bring your own bottle if you want a strong drink
Food was good overall but idk what's worst the birds attacking us every breakfast and lunch for our food or the Mosquito eating us up at dinner
It's all outdoors; so pick your option

This is a unique sort of all-inclusive experience. It's much smaller and more intimate than most other all-inclusives. If you're looking for a nonstop party or spectacle, this might not be for you. But if you're looking for an incredible place to relax and explore Antigua, this is it. The pools that are attached to each room give you the choice to head out to the main pool and socialize, or relax with your own group and enjoy the views of Nonsuch Bay.

My wife and I stayed at the Escape in June fully expecting a relaxing and peaceful experience away from the party scene. The Escape delivered just that. The surrounding properties / condos were largely unoccupied as the off season had just begun.
The good.
We booked a bay view suite and were not disappointed. The room was exactly as pictured, the balcony was extremely private, and the plunge pool was amazing.
We booked a couples massage and that was a great start to our trip. Very relaxing.
The Escape is very close to Green island and a short 5-10 minute boat ride took us to a secluded beach where snorkeling and swimming with turtles was on the menu. Andrew the guide was great.
The bad.
The majority of the staff seemed unhappy and were just going through the motions. There were a few exceptions, the ladies at the wellness center, an older gentleman in the restaurant (sorry I can't remember his name,) Maya at the front desk and Wayne at the bar. Everyone else was just present.
The food, while presented well, was just average and sometimes portion size was disappointing. Sadly the hamburger is the star of the show here. Snacks at the bar were mediocre. The drinks are all made with the cheapest bottom shelf liquor. Not what we expected from an all inclusive.
To sum it up. The Escape at Nonsuch Bay has great rooms in a secluded location, with a lousy restaurant and a staff that would rather not be there.
Sadly we can't recommend.
