Pros: Rooms are reasonably spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Close to Mission Ballroom. Cons: Self check-in is a faff, especially after having driven for 4 hours. Large rooftop space but no pool. Restaurant on site only open two days a week. Only one bath towel provided for two people! Additional towels arrived after we’d left for the evening. No tall hooks to hang wet towels or robes in bathroom. Coffee filters and pot provided but no coffee - you’re expected to purchase Cat Bird coffee. No 'do not disturb' for door but apparently HK is only provided for stays of 7 days or more. Closest elevator to our room would not go up to the rooftop. Overall did not feel like a “4 star” experience - disappointing.

Very disappointed with the staff. The room was wonderful, the staff couldn’t have been less helpful. They had no answers to basic questions. The hot tubs were out of service (cold) and they had no idea why or if they would get fixed. Every interaction felt like a waste of their time, and resulted in no answers and more frustration.

Not a bad choice for a couple nights in the RiNo area of Denver. Very convenient short walk to Mission Ball Room for shows and to bars and restaurants. Overnight parking fee and resort fee are exceptionally high so keep that in mind when booking. Rooms are funky but well-appointed and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our time there.

High class hotel. Enjoyed the whole set up and independence. Nice amenities and the hot tubs were very nice. Only thing i didnt enjoy was the not so private bathrooms, unsealed sliding doors i dont think make the best bathroom doors.

The self check in and out was not user friendly, ended up having to speak with an employee each time. The communication was terrible. The deposit required when checking in never got settled until the day we checked out, after giving them our cards multiple times. Very frustrating. Glassware, tea kettle and sponge in kitchen area were very dirty and gross! The rooftop bar they advertised was closed which was so disappointing. Also, we had asked for toilet paper multiple times and ended up having to go down to the lobby for it. Very unhappy with the service.

We loved this funky modern vibe in the RiNo district. The rooftop patio and hot tubs were a great way to unwind in the evening. And hot breakfast and a Latte made our morning start off great. The room was great and very modern including the elevated king size bed. The projector TV on the window screen was a super idea and we loved it that night after the hot tub. Do think a tiny bit of maintenance is needed to ensure all elevators, in-room electronics and automations are working as designed but other than that it was a great stay.

Very expensive and showing its age. Included breakfast is one pre-packaged sandwich; everything else is ala carte and fully priced. Resort fee is an insult. Only one elevator operating. Housekeeping only every 7 days. Furniture showing wear. This was our go-to place in this neighborhood, but we won't be back.

This is a quirky and fun hotel. The rooms are set up almost like a “tiny home” with the storage and kitchenette setup. Worth noting that the facility fee includes free “grab and go” breakfast items, Vespa scooters, and electric bikes. There are only couple vespas and bikes, but they seemed to be available most of the time we were there. The rooftop hot tub area is nice, but the rooftop bar is not actually open. The rooftop area is useable, you just can’t buy food/drinks there.

Location ok. A woman obviously on some sort of drugs was hanging around the hotel going up to cars asking for money or rides. A little strange

Very cool vibe and different. Refreshing. The homey feeling in the lobby to the compact high tech rooms. Options for coffee and food is nice. Walkable to the Rino area restaurants. Try it if you are in Denver!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Easy self-check in and check out was very convenient. The staff were always present and very willing to help or answer any questions we had. I was also impressed with the quick grab and go food options here; I have never seen a hotel with so much. The chocolate chip cookies were to die for. The room was a little small but suitable. The decor of the entire facility is absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great and trendy hotel! If you are looking for hotel that thinks outside the box and into art scene, this is your hotel! It has self-checkin and doesn’t have traditional front desk but staff are readily available. It is close to light rail to take to and from airportz

The Kiosk check-in was a bit confusing especially about how to scan your ID (drivers license). The location of the off site garage for self parking could have been explained a little better. Otherwise the stay was great with unique rooms, great location for Mission Ballroom shows, restaurants nearby, and great rooftop facilities. We would stay there again for future Mission Ballroom events

I would not stay here again. One, the cost was far more than I was led to believe what it would be, due to bait-and-switch pricing and hidden fees. Two, the parking is horrible. It is in a parking garage that is across a street and through a park in which several homeless people with mental health issues live. Three, the celebrated rooftop with bar and pool that is a popular social hub. Only problem is the bar is only staffed 2 days or nights a week. There is a hot tub, but not a pool. We had thought there was a pool. Several other guests had thought same. Not sure how we all had that impression. The rooftop is a nice area. But no staff are up there. Four, the RINO area, "River North", is located in an area that is a bit "sketchy," according to my wife and several other guests. There is nothing nearby such as restaurants or stores. There is a beer garden across the street, which looked promising, but did not go to check it out, but which several homeless people are camping right next to one of the garden perimeter walls. Five, the room had no coffee maker. Really? In this day, not having a coffee maker is like not having a toilet. However, the lobby area is convivial and people do interact and engage. The hotel seems to be designed and intended more for long-term stays and guests. The rooms seem very Japanese in how they are designed. The raised bed and storage under the bed in lieu of closets is very Japanese inspirations. People under 40 beware.

Horrible check in experience. They tried to go all modern and use machines for check in process and the kiosks didn’t work properly and were not very user friendly. Long line of people trying to check in. 5 guests waiting at 3 kiosks that apparently one was not working. The your girl that was helping was totally overwhelmed trying to multitask but she was amazig.
