Amazing stay, very considerate staff, unreal lobby/bar area with lots of very comfortable seating, lots of parking. Spa facilities are £20 pp for 2 hours (make sure you book) bathrobes provided. Slightly out of town

They were kind enough to give me a room with a view as this is my first time there I am very impressed.

Amazing hotel, felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in. The room was amazing, very spacious. One of the spa staff (didn’t catch her name), made myself and my boyfriend feel so welcome.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now & we’re not disappointed.
Only criticism was a guest came into the room next door in the early hours & put the tv on & was talking quite loudly on the phone for at least half an hour ! Can’t blame that on the hotel though.

Love this hotel, the Rooms are the biggest in Liverpool, the beds are comfortable but I always take my own pillows when travelling. At the base of the toilet there was some staining but, other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant food was nice but I’ve had better steaks. The staff in the bar/lounge area are not very attentive and each time I have used that area I have needed to go to the bar to place orders for food and drink despite there being ample staff and very few customers. Also, there was a no room service breakfast menu.

Love this hotel. It’s our favourite in Liverpool. Fantastically located for Anfield as it’s half way between the city and the stadium. You can get an uber into the city easily for under a tenner.

Rooms were large.lovely decorated. Food was wonderful. Loved it booked again

I want to be absolutely clear: This is a wonderful hotel.
The rooms are huge and beautiful. The spa is made of magic. The staff are flawless. The bar is fun. It's not super central, but it's close enough to the centre that it doesn't matter. I love this place and I'll visit again.
But it's not perfect. For example, give the price of the rooms I was a little surprised to pay £20 per person to use the (stunning, beautiful) pool and spa facilities. Our room was gorgeous but only one out of the four pillows on the bed wasn't rock hard memory foam. The bathroom for enormous and luxurious and had the loudest fan I've ever encountered and it ran all night long. The whole hotel is super dark, so much so that I'm afraid of tripping in the corridors.
Again, I love this place. The above stuff represents minor issues that are probably still just late teething problems. Hopefully they'll be fixed next time we visit, because for sure we'll be there again.

Brilliant hotel we were upgraded to a suite it was massive ,very nicely decorated, very clean .comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious we didn’t use the bath but the shower was great twin sinks with plenty of shelving for products . Shower gel shampoo and conditioner were lovely. Tea and coffee station was very good and well stocked nice to have bottled water in the room .

Fantastic, atmospheric hotel, excellent customer service, great room

Stunning hotel with a massive and beautifully decorated room. I love the corridors - all dark and industrial and the breakfast was very nice but expensive at £19.50/head (advertised at £18 but they add on service charge which is a bit much for breakfast). We enjoyed the rum bar but the many staff didn’t seem to know much about rum which was a shame when it came to recommendations. The Concierge was very friendly as were the breakfast and housekeeping staff. We didn’t eat dinner there so can’t comment about that. It’s about a 20/25 minute walk to the city centre.

Really enjoyed this stay. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was an excellent size

The hotel is very impressive and has a very premium feel. The room was massive and had all the amenities you could want. The bed was particularly comfy. The hotel is a little out of the city centre but not far at all in a taxi. Only downside was one of the lifts was out of use during our stay so would often wait a while for the lift. I’m sure this will be rectified soon. All the staff we spoke to seemed very attentive. 5 stars.

Parking is a good price for 24 hours. However didn't really realise how awkward of a place it's in it's a pretty long walk in to the centre for Liverpool one. Room was a good size along with the bathroom. There was a note saying about how it's a old building so to expect dust however some of the furniture like bedside table was slightly damaged on the corners which can't be blamed on it being a old building.. so overall it was a nice hotel but just due to location and a few little things here and there I don't think we'll be revisiting.

We loved the hotel. Very cool design and setting with great history. Very well done. Hotel room was huge which was so nice. Lovely having space. Love the low lighting but the table and chairs had no lighting so very dark. Maybe one more lamp in that corner would be good. Vanity kit in bedroom would be good. I forgot my nail file and the gentleman on reception had to root around under the desk to find a vanity kit. Should be in the rooms. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful too for perfumes and sprays.
My partner did hear doors slamming in the night so soft close doors would be good.
Also the pool area was stunning and very relaxing but a lot of people allowed at one time in a small pool and not enough loungers in pool room so some were having to lie in the relaxation room. Also VERY hot in the pool area, we struggled a little with the heat.
But such a fantastic stay and lovely food. The lamb dishes we had were stunning.
Thank you!! Hope to be back again.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Not much directly around the hotel so taxi needed to get to Albert dock, Matthew street etc. extra cost for parking the hotel car park, extra cost to use the pool, extra cost for breakfast. Other than a couple of airfix models and some posters off eBay it doesn’t really resemble the Titanic ship, bit of a tourist trap really. Rooms massive though. Overall had a good stay but would go for a less expensive hotel closer to the nightlife next time.

Fantastic Hotel. Everything was perfect.

Amazing stay however was unimpressed with all the extra charges such as parking overnight at the hotel and to use the pool area was an extra payment which I was shocked as this is under the description of amenities at the hotel which you assume you can use with paying for a room! Other than that the stay was nice and the rooms were lovley!

Gorgeous hotel, clean, modern, industrial look and incredible spa!! 10/10

Hotel was great for food and service and had big rooms but the service at the spa was awful. On check in we was told spa gets busy so need to book in advance so we did that. When 5 of us went to the spa at our time slot they said we only booked for 2 and can only let 2 ppl in despite confirming earlier! was the only let down of the stay.

Not a good stay.
Sound proofing in the room was appalling - I was kept awake until 2am by drunk, rowing people.
The gym was borderline unusable, being about 35 degrees with no aircon.
Breakfast was no great shakes, and for some inexplicable reason the cost for it couldn’t be added to my bill.
Check-in was okay, but bizarrely bureaucratic with about three forms to sign, and offering information about hotel facilities that later proved to be inaccurate.
The sound proofing alone is a reason not to return. Hotels should be able to offer their guests peace and quiet as a minimum.

The hotel is a bit out of town for those wanting to be in the heart of Liverpool but the rooms, ease of parking and fantastic building more than make up for this. 2nd stay here and one of my favourite places to stay whilst travelling with work.

Lovely hotel, but noisy when people were coming back to the hotel late at night as we was in the room above the entrance.

Lovely hotel, great rooms, we was upgraded to a corner room, they also assisted with a morning birthday surprise. Thanks titanic for a lovely visit

The hotel was amazing , the staff was very friendly, the only thing from a female point is that in the hotel room I think they could do with a mirror above the unit by the TV for doing your hair , apart from that excellent 😊

Stayed here for one night last night and can honestly say it’s probably one of if not the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in the Uk.
I’m interested in anything to do with the Titanic which is what drew me to the hotel. It had been on my list for a while and did not disappoint.
Great hotel aesthetics, spacious lobby, absolutely stunning room.
We didn’t eat in the hotel but did use the bar and the staff were great.
Room was clean and very spacious, it had everything you could need.
We also used the spa which was £20pp for hotel guests which my partner thought was quite expensive but we did it and I think it was worth it. Lovely relaxing experience.
Only downside was it was a little out the way of everything which we didn’t realise so spent a fair bit on Ubers. We walked from the train station on the day we checked in as we didn’t realise it was so far, also the area it’s situated in I probably wouldn’t wander around at night especially if alone just to be on the safe side. I think we would drive next time we return. You can park at the hotel for an additional fee.

Great room - dockside view with loads of space - perhaps more furniture or plants to fill the space!
Fantastic breakfast and we had dinner one night too which was fab. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great stay!
