We had made an error with our booking but the reception staff worked their magic and sorted it out for us with in 15 minutes great service and always with a smile

Breakfast was first class. Rooms are tired. Within walking distance of beech and shops.

Only there for 1 night to visit family. But was impressed with all the facilities and location. Very polite and helpful staff
Will definitely stay there next summer.

We love this hotel and it’s location, staff are so friendly, we definitely will be staying here again soon
A summer quilt would work wonders when it’s mid 20s

Our room was comfortable but the bed was a little soft. The breakfast was a plentiful buffet of hot items with alternative egg types on request. There were a number of cereal options plus fruit cocktail and prunes. We didn’t have an evening meal in their restaurant. Note there's no lift but they will take your bags to your room.

Great location for a stay at the south coast. Staff are very friendly and a great breakfast with plenty of options.

Single room on ground floor was dated & small with an odd layout. There was a security lock on the window to prevent entry when left open which is good to see as it was 31C that day. No aircon. Walk in shower quite small with shower curtain constantly getting in the way. Reception staff were friendly. Full English breakfast was fantastic with nice coffee & toast. Breakfast staff were friendly. Location was central close to the beachfront, pier, shops & restaurants. 700 bus stop very close by. Yes I would consider staying in this hotel again.

Our room was overlooking the main street Steyne Garden which was very busy until late night/early morning. The room was hot so we had window open so plenty of traffic noise. The queen bed was small and uncomfortable. We got hardly any sleep first night. Second night was cooler and better.
The hotel dining at Indigo was excellent with a good range of food excellently cooked and presented with very helpful staff.

We didn't like our 1st room,we had as it was very small and not what we expected.
Reception was very kind allowed us to chose another room; which we did and it was much better. it was one we had chosen, we were only changed as it was thought we couldn't manage the stairs or the shower in the bath.
everyone helped us change rooms and carried our luggage downstairs when we left.

A very friendly family run hotel. Well placed in Worthing with the seafront, shopping centre and most attractions in easy walking distance.

Friendly receptionist . No lift, so she carried my case upstairs , as I am 76 years old .

Great traditional hotel perfect for a local running event. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely evening meal at the on site restaurant (recommend the passion fruit posset) and the hotel kindly let me have an early breakfast.
Only a couple of minor issues with road noise and light coming in from the side of curtain but this is just an observation - I am a light sleeper - and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend and I will be returning! Thank you!

Surprised that front door was locked at 11pm .. and breakfast finished early. Rooms small & corridors narrow. Location close to beach. Pricey for facilities offered.

Excellent value. Friendly polite staff. Comfortable bed. Spotless accommodation. Pleasant views from triple glazed windows so very quiet. Absolutely delicious adequate breakfast cooked very well. Will definitely stay again. Manager runs a really tight ship and was very hands on.

Friendly, good hotel that cares for its guests
The decor is a little dull but the rooms are clean an comfortable.
The hotel is close to Worthing seafront and shops.
There is only street parking not always the easiest to find during the day in particular.

Nice folks and comfortable hotel!

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Although the hotel is very central for amenities and transport, my bedroom was very quiet. I can’t comment about the food as I didn’t eat there but in the past, the Indigo restaurant was very good. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating

Excellent location close to the sea front, friendly staff and attentive service. The room was comfortable with all amenities provided. Restaurant food was very good with plenty of choice from the menu. The only negative comment was the restaurant was closed for two nights during our stay, although a limited food menu was available from the bar. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel itself is good, the lack of parking, is no parking / just the street for which you pay is not good .. it was a very hot time , the room was unbearably hot, I asked for a fan and was told there’s air con .. why then given the heat wave did they care more about the bill than those that chose and gave patronage them that hotel to stay there ??! Also the air con did cool , but only just …breakfast was excellent.. really good . The very worst thing was the simply awful attitude and countenance of the older man as you check in .. the owner presumably… just plain unwelcoming, stropy , no smiles , gruff, miserable , unhelpful verging on nasty .. this is what / who you are greeting with as your first encounter at the hotel …room was upstairs , asked if lift , “ no , use the stairs”…no offer of help whatsoever…stairs are also narrow and multi level., not what you need after encountering’him’ then that after a king journey followed by a sweltering room …

It was a lovely hotel. Very good for a couple of nights stay. Staff were friendly and a couple in-particular stood out (Reception and Evening waitress).
Clean bed, clean towels.
Not good for wheelchair access to rooms. Does what it sais on the tin...would stay again.
Mirrors and plastic flowers on way into dining room need a wipe!

Very nice position on one side of Steyne Gardens in Worthing, a few minutes walk from the seafront.
Restaurant very welcoming, breakfast was fast, efficient and great choice with extremely pleasant staff on hand.
Overall the bedroom presented well, however the bathroom ceiling was heavy with black mould, I suspect from a leak above and obviously been there some time and a bit worrying that it hadn't been attended to.
Odd lock on the bedroom door that was difficult to fathom and a slightly musty smell throughout the ground floor areas.
I would use again but if there's any hint of poor maintenance it will be off my list.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was still excellent. The room was large and well appointed, the bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Definitely the best hotel in Worthing.

Great hotel in a great location near the sea front. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a good size with everything you need. Really nice menu in the restaurant for our evening meal and good quality breakfast. Parking is on the road and free after 6pm but this was full. There is a multi storey just round the corner which cost around £7 overnight which was easier than driving round trying to find a roadside spot.
