Lovely hotel, modern, clean, friendly, great location.

I had to wait 40 mins to be booked in as the computer was down. Staff offered me a free drink but looked very stressed.

We weee offered a double room instead of a standard room, which was very well appreciated. Great location too.

Fantastic hotel, ideal location right on Lime St Station and in the heart of the city. Pleasant welcome and staff.
Room was lovely with a great view of St Georges Hall and the Liverpool Xmas Market.
Loved the coffee machine in the room, great shower too.
Restaurant and bar very nice
Will definitely stay again

Greater location to discover Liverpool! Direct access to thé train station, a big plus when you have a lot of luggage!
2.5
Room had fridge ironing board .modern big bed . Good toiletries. Even had our expedia free drink voucher in room havent had that in any other placecstayed without asking next door to theatre and station.
Negative high prices of drinks in bar and a service charge for carrying drink to table !

For a hotel of this std and pricing, could have been better. Only there for one night and got it as a freeby through my hotels.com rewards, so maybe shouldn't be hyper critical, but . . . breakfast was a bit dry, range of drinks in bar wasn't that great and the bar shut at 11 p.m.! Couldnt get the coffee m/c in our room to work. If I had paid full price for a weekend stay, I think I would have been hugely dissapointed.
On the plus side, hotel is beautifully appointed and in a superb location.

Liverpool born but first time back in 30 plus years. Booked for location and proximity to trains. Great bed, very quiet and wonderful airflow. Would stay longer next time.

Really enjoyable 2 night stay. Location is great right next to Lime St station. 10 minutes walk to Liverpool One and Mathew Street 15 mins from the Albert Dock.
Rooms clean and nice looking. Check in great. Breakfast excellent. Tea Coffee and bottled water on arrival. Pillows could be better but a really good hotel with great staff.

I had a lovely room and enjoyed my brief stay

Stylish hotel next to train station. Lime street rooms will face the station unfortunately. Not enough storage space and rooms in general small. Hotel gas no real reception space to relax in but overall was still a nice place to stay with a small bar and excellent location

Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel, one downside, the fried eggs were cold but I think if the set up was changed this could be fixed. Very comfortable room, attention to detail!

excellent location, very cleaned and modern hotel , friendly helpful staff

Overall well maintained pleasant hotel. Location is amazing as linked to station and walking distance from other vicinities. Employees are super friendly. My room was overall clean but I have a 4 as the dust was everywhere.

Room was really nice , would have preferred room with window rather than sky light ...didn't enjoy meal in restaurant, over priced for fish and chips, TV in room only had few channels ...kept going off ...this hotel is next to train station which we thought would have been noisy , but was really quiet , conviently near shops , walking distance to most sightseeing sights , would definitely stay again but would request front facing room , reception staff lovely very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was nice, lots of choice , enjoyed our stay overall

A lovely stay in the radisson red. Could recommend and would stay again.

Well situated next to Lime Street Station. Quirky, but lovely hotel in a fab building and right next to a Wetherspoon PH.

Brilliant property, beautiful interior, room was amazing

This is the 'station hotel' for Lime Street station, a magnificent Victorian building with an amazing central staircase that could not be more convenient for anyone travelling by train. It's also opposite St George's Hall so also extremely convenient for attending an event there. It's been recently refurbished by Radisson with modern and fun touches everywhere but also keeping the best features of the old building. Sadly. all of that is definitely tarnished for me by the daft decision to have check-in only via ridiculous 'self-check-in' kiosks that are in fact hard to use, so the friendly and helpful reception staff in fact find themselves using them for you. This is fine but it creates an unnecessary crush around the cramped kiosk desk, and means an unreasonably long queue with nowhere to sit while waiting. It's a pity that a fun, convenient, recently refurbished hotel is spoiled by this silly decision

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and a nice breakfast.

Amazing

Hotel was perfect location and spotlessly clean. Our room was on the 6th floor, and although it had air conditioning it didn’t have an opening window, I struggled with this, not having any fresh air. I would stay here again but certainly not in a room with no opening windows .

Overall a very nice place to stay

Excellent stay, one night. Great location 10 min walk from centre.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the reception is stunning, however we found our room extremely small and had some concerns about the hygiene. The storage for the coffee pods was very sticky and had crumbles in it and the kettle smelled funny. Otherwise the bedsheets and towels smelled clean and the bathroom was clean also. The staff was amazing and the checkin smooth. Another disadvantage in my opinion is the lack of parking, however there's paid parking opposite the hotel.

Could have provided more toiletries in standard room like premium rooms though the price difference was not much. Also the customer care advised you can get these at front desk but were denied.
Breakfast was great!

Right next to Lime Street Station.
Very handy for the city, transport and buses to Anfield. Will stay here again.

The property was next to Lime Street station in a beautifully renovated building. The rooms were designed with a clean, modern aesthetic and had large windows with a good view in my case.
The bedding was of high quality and the bathroom was well- appointed, of good size and with complimentary toiletries.
The room had the usual coffee- and tea-making facilities. The room was quiet and I felt safe.
The reception and bar staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. I received a much needed complimentary gin and tonic after the end of a ling day travelling!

The recently opened Radisson is in great location for visiting Liverpool, right next to Lime St station, so no hassle with luggage if arriving by train and just a few minutes walk from the city center shops and restaurants.
The hotel is very comfortable and modern, excellent rooms, good food in the restaurant and great service throughout.
2.5
Perfectly located for the city centre. Worth the money. Beautiful hotel, very retro chic hotel!! Spacious room with comfy beds and a good sized bathrooms. Big shower with a choice of 2 shower heads. Air-conditioning, safe, coffee machine, iron board also available in the room. An amazing building. Only down side for me was that the windows weren't fully sound proofed.

The stay was fine, but when I called the blonde girl at reception in the morning she didn’t let me get a word in edgeways over the phone. I think she was very sure of herself and this can come across as quite gobby.
2.5
Fantastic stay. Staff were polite from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Bar staff fantastic and speedy in their service. Room was spotless and view from the room was amazing.
