A very comfortable and great location providing good value for money accommodation.

Great location. Very clean and very comfortable. Quiet but central location to all North Hobart has to offer. Parking was provided at a cost of $10 per night. Enjoyed the views over Hobart.

No washing machine and the 2 seater coach was a little on the small side.

Good value accommodation with very friendly and helpful service.

Very friendly service and help with an early check in. Apartment was new, roomy, very clean and well presented. Finally - a decent shower that doesn’t leave you mopping up water everywhere! Plenty of restaurants within metres of the building, otherwise it’s a 20 -25 min walk into the CBD/waterfront/Salamanca and supermarkets if you don’t have a car. Good $ value compared to apartment accommodation closer to the waterfront or CBD.

No washing machine or dryer in my apartment laundry would have been an issue if planning a longer stay. I would suggest the apartment I stayed in also would benefit from having a decent dining table or desk for business travellers to work on with a laptop. I was staying on an upper floor and whilst the view was over industrial sheds, there would be no view on lower floors due to the building design and adjacent buildings, so something to be aware of when booking if that’s important to you.

Modern, fresh, clean, functional and location, location, location!

Location next to the North Hobart restaurant strip was fantastic. The self-contained room was new, modern, fresh, functional and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hobart.

The room was quite 'compact', although everything you needed for a short self-contained stay was there and the bathroom was as good as most larger properties/rooms. Because of its compactness, our room became too warm during the night. This was our fault, as there was a door onto a small balcony we could open for fresh air as well as air-conditioning.

Dont hand over your credit card or allow them to be copied.

Everything was very clean, close to restaurants, good amenities and quiet.

I did not like it when i was asked to hand over my credit card and the receptionist took a photo copy then proceeded to turn the card over and copy the three digit code on the back. I stopped this before she could copy the card. If they want a guarantee of payments they can just do a pre approval and hold it until you leave. This was sus and she did not object when i objected.

Great central location.

Great location to stay when sightseeing around Hobart city. Lots of restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. Undercover car parking and car wash nearby for rental car.

The place was excellent for our short stay.

The location was great for us and we stayed an extra day to check out some of the sites in Hobart. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night. It was close to a lot of eating places and really close to where we picked up our hire car.

A little confusing trying to find our room as it was after hours and I didn’t read the instructions quite right to start with but it all turned out fine in the end.

Restaurant hub is around the corner

The apartment is too new to serve the guests. The wardrobe in the bedroom gives off noxious fumes. Me and my husband had headache and sore eyes. We didn’t realize it caused by the wardrobe until we were heading to next Ross, the symphony all gone.

Comfortable, modern apartment

The apartments are spacious, very clean, modern and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent.

It was a bit hard to find the reception, and there is nowhere to park while you are booking in.

Good location, lovely apartment

Fantastic! I think this is quite new? Lovely furnishings, huge kitchen, good location to walk to everything. Good underground secure parking. Basic gym but does the job. We definitely recommend.

The extra $10 a day parking fee.

Great value for money

Plenty of room, with seperate areas for a dining table, bed and sitting space (armchairs). Everything was comfy and clean, and there was enough natural light.

It was a little far from the city centre to be *super* convenient if you like to walk everywhere, however it is just around the corner from lots of restaurants and trendy cafes.

Absolutely perfect location to stay in for a holiday.

It was absolutely superb. Amazing location, staff friendliness was great and cleanliness of the suite. Bathrooms were excellent and very lavish, kitchen had everything you needed. I could go on. The location is in the heart of the city, very convenient. Everything is within walking distance.

Easy accessible, undercover car parking, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Daily cleaning. Microwave and kitchenette, and lastly very helpful/friendly staff.

A little further out of town. Not 24/7 reception. No real views from balcony. No luggage rack.

Fantastic value and location

Beautifully located away from the Busy street for calm and quiet rooms, yet a minute walk from all of North Hobarts bars, restaurants and cafes! Maintained and perfectly clean, comfy huge super king bed and everything we needed. Friendly service from reception. We highly reccomend.

Absolutely fantastic room, great location and value, quality and quiet. We will be back again

We loved everything, it was clean, convenient location, quality fittings, you could definitely stay longer. We will definitely stay here again! The place felt so safe and quiet yet was right in the middle of a busy food strip. We were so surprised how amazing and relaxed it was. The receptionist was also lovely

The 2 pieces of large artwork in the lounge area was awful and cheap looking, actually horrid and brought the vibe of the room down. I know people appreciate different styles of art but that was foul. I’d suggest a more neutral choice of art or a local photo. Something to reflect the local culture.

Fabulous location, very convenient to North Hobart restaurants and the city. Room is lovely and quiet.

Rooms were so quiet, no outside noise at all even from the pub with live music located right next door.

Mattress was a little too soft for us, seemed to make us sleep hotter than normal.

Fantastic Self-Catering Apartment Close to Everything

I've reviewed this before, because I often return. It's a short walk to the excellent bars, cafes and restaurants of North Hobart. It's a short walk into the Hobart CBD with Woolworth's supermarket if you are self-catering. On Sunday morning the Farmgate Market opens early if you want to shop for fruit, vegetables, free-range meat and pork, home-made bread, farmers' milk, fresh flowers, Tasmanian wine - you will find it next to the library in town. I've stayed in a few of these apartments and they are always spotless, with the same chic decor, peace and quiet, really good cooking facilities, a laundry operated by credit card downstairs - fresh air pouring in - just can't fault it.

Check the guest laundry is working before you put the soap powder in. It's not worked once and I had to run for a meeting.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found this hidden gem !

I was blown away by this property. The cleanliness, modern makeover to a high standard (I work in the construction sector and I've seen loads of dodgy Reno's in my time!) The rooms are incredibly spacious. Literally 1 minute walk to amazing eateries in North Hobart. Great parking. I don't have a bad word to say.
