They gave us access to a hair dryer, iron and a fridge which not many property’s offer. Great duvet and bedding, lots of cushions to make you comfortable.
When I asked to reserve parking almost 2 weeks in advance I was told there was none however when I arrived there was 2 free spaces during my stay. The room was very old fashioned poor furniture ceiling was cracked. The ‘TV’ was a small computer monitor . Didn’t match the images. Had issues with shower messages the owner but there wasn’t any communication so we had to figure it out ourselves.

Clean, tidy and great location for the town/beach
Always about the money!

The location to the sea/beach was excellent and also just a 10 mins walk to Bournemouth pier.
The first room we stayed in could do with some updating.

The room was very clean and we had a clearly and very friendly conversations at the mail.
We have a very nice stay, nice location near the beach.

The location is 3 minutes walking distance from ses side.
There is no reception, no person to ask for help if you need , no phone number given to call anyone, we were emailed the wrong code to get in the main entrance door, a royal mail staff fortunately came at the same time and opened the door for us. NO FOOD AVAILABLE. NO RESTAURANT

Location was good and close to town and the beach.
Bed was clean and smelt fresh
Room was tired with damp and pealing wallpaper. Toilet was leaking from the back.
Bed was hard and pillows terrible. Sleep was uncomfortable and left me with a bad neck.
2.0
There are no breakfast facilities.
Everything. Windows were rotted. Wallpaper hanging off wall. No chair to sit on. Paintwork badly needing done. The room was grim. Would never book again.

Good location, good value for money
The shower's head was loose in terms of stability water running down hose, one bedside lamp didn't work, and there was no chair in the room. Mattress is uncomfortable/hard. The ceiling light shade upside down, so the room wasn't well lit.

Unkompliziert und sehr praktisch, Eintritt ins Haus und Zimmer per Code. Sauber, gute Matratze, kleines, hübsches Bad, alles vorhanden, top! Wir haben schon wieder ein paar Tage gebucht!
Alles top!

I liked the location and the big room.
Small bathroom, lacking dressing table and mirror. No additional chair or fridge like my other family's room.

Great location easy check-in good parking good communication with owners
We booked a king sized balcony room 20, 3 days before we went we were informed we were in room 19 when we queried it we were told room 20 was having essential maintenance and we were being "upgraded " to a bigger room with a sea view but no balcony ,we saw it was a family room but on checking the website the king room was obviously bigger and there was a glimpse of the sea at the side the carpet was very badly stained and the shower was cold in the evening. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in we could feel the springs and the pillows were uncomfortable. Although we got a great price you obviously get what you pay for, such a shame because we stay in Bournemouth often and it would have been ideal.

La proximité de tout et le calme de la résidence et de la rue
Le lit d’appoint n’est pas très confortable quand on séjourne 1 semaine à 3 personnes

The location was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach, Aquarium, upside down house, and more.

Room was very clean, really appreciated the fan as it did get a little stuffy in the nights. Really good access to room and beach and very quiet! The room decor and layout was lovely. Shower ran great and no wait on hot water. No running drinkable water inside our room but cold water dispenser outside of our room was perfect and the bottles provided for refilling.
I'm being picky, as I tend not to sleep well anyway, but both of my pillows were extremely firm and one was so big I couldn't wrap my arm the whole way around it. The bathroom was slightly outdated and
there was quite a lot of black mold on the ceiling in there. Would of also preferred having a mirror closer to the windows for natural light whilst getting ready but I am being picky!

Good location, off the main road, parking bays at the front and very quiet at night.
You couldn’t drink the tap water!

Great location, really comfy bed - best nights sleep in a long time. Really easy to park and check in. Great price for the location in august!
Still being upgraded so some work to do on some of the fixtures and fittings, but didn’t detract from the positives and was obviously reflected in the price.

We had a small issue and they sorted it out, the place is çlose to the beach and a nice walk to the pier. It was comfortable.
Difficult to find cabs or uber/bolt

Parking great value
Clean linen
Mattress, may as well slept on the floor, woke up several times throughout the night when up in the morning looking for some paracetamol.
Water pressure in the shower/ bath, very low
No staff was seen although did answer when we called to report damaged mirror in room ( fear of damage cost)
Bathroom bin not empty and had the last guest sanctuary stickers in,
Black flannels drip ink when using and then if linen stain again risk of charges.
Pictures online do not match,to room, cobwebs in light fitting

The location was perfect for the BIC.
I didn’t realise there was going to be no staff. I had hoped for a coffee/ snack lounge.
10.0
Clean room, clean bathroom and I was provided with towels, kettle, and tea snacks. Also fan and extra water was provided which was very useful. And the staff was very helpful when I needed help.
There wasn’t any hand wash soap provided in the bathroom and the lift in the facilities didn’t work. And the room was smelling little bit bad at the start.
8.0
The location was good, the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep, and we could come and go as we pleased.
The climb up 3 flights of stairs also the television not having a signal just kept breaking up and was only able to receive one radio station needed an internal aerial and no tea spoon.

Everything the two lads was nice and friendly got everything that I wanted.

The location was absolutely perfect, 10 minute walk into the city centre. And a 5 minute walk to be standing on the sandy beach.
The bed was also very comfortable and the parking was very reasonable compared to other options.
The bathroom was quite small but it was manageable, however the shower was very problematic. The pressure of the water was little to none, what would normally be a quick 2 minute shower took about 10 minutes because of no water pressure. Also the water did not drain for entirety of my shower so it filled to my feet with dirty water which is quite off putting.

Loved the location of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and catered to what we needed. Easy and secure access to property.
Would of been nice to have access to a broom as we had sand everywhere.

Location was amazing.
The shower didn't work at all so left without having one

Walking distance to the beach
