We recently stayed at the beautiful AT Lakeside and had a wonderful time. Our visit was for a wedding, which we paired with a family break including grandparents and children, allowing us to spend a week exploring the area. The house was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, situated in a lovely, serene setting. It provided a perfect blend of comfort and countryside charm. The location was ideal for our adventures. The quaint village of Bibury, with the must-see Arlington Row, and Burton-on-the-Water was just a short drive away, as was the bustling town of Cirencester. We also enjoyed visits to the Cotswolds Wildlife Park and Sudeley Castle, which the kids loved. One of the highlights was attending the Giffords Circus, a unique and entertaining experience. Our host, Huw, was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for local sights and activities. His suggestion to visit Burton-on-the-Water turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The pub next door to the house was also very welcoming, offering a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. The surroundings of Lakeside were picturesque, with plenty of natural beauty to enjoy. The spaciousness of the house made it perfect for relaxing in comfort. Overall, our stay at Lakeside was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the charm of the Cotswolds. A big thank you to Huw for the excellent local tips!

Property is beautiful and very well equipped, neighbours unbelievably accommodating and the pub behind is a delight. It was the perfect place for us, not a single complaint or suggestion for improvement.

We had a delightful stay at this cottage for my mother's birthday weekend, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The cottage was not only warm and welcoming but also extremely well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The living room was perfect for hosting, easily accommodating our family gatherings with ample space. The house had plenty of room for all of us, with spacious bedrooms that provided the privacy and comfort we all appreciated. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our time there. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. A truly memorable experience!

We had a very comfortable stay and loved the house. It has been furnished very well and gives off a very cosy feel. The only thing I would say is the ground floor bedroom with the en-suite was very cold at night due to the doorway in the bedroom. There was a draft coming through and it made the room feel quite damp by the morning. Also there are no windows in the en-suite bathroom so it stayed wet in there during our entire stay! Personally I think the door needs to be sealed if it isn’t being used. But overall it was a fantastic place to stay!
