Booked 2 rooms for a 4 day long weekend with my family. On first morning was denied access to pool area. No children allowed as every day, apart from early morning and later afternoon sessions, is adult 'spa day'. Had not been told beforehand, either at time of booking or checking in. Denying access to children meant none of us could enjoy the facilities.
Avoid this hotel if you have young children is my advice
Very, Very disappointing and Very, Very misleading.

All in all good value, clean and comfortable but bottom of bathroom door was peeling, clearly from being wet, which is not something we would expect from Hilton. Also, poor standard of complementary coffee. We've had a better standard at Premier Inn.

One night stop to break a long journey. Convenient access to M40. Rooms are located down a warren of long corridors on multiple levels. Gardens and grounds looked to be well kept but it was dark when we arrived. Staff were slow to replenish items on the hot breakfast buffet, fried eggs were empty and other items were limited and not very hot.

Lovely hotel but
Went for a function
Bar not manned for volume of people
Not everyone on the table was given food at the same time
Mains were served and eaten before some have even been given theirs

Disappointed not to have room service but food in restaurant was good.

Very good experience. We needed a fridge for storing our pet's food, and ghe hotel kindly upgraded us to dnsure that we had a fridge (and stored the food while the fridge in the room cooled down), and ground floor courtyard.

We was told check in was 3 pm. We arrived at 4:30 pm and told our room wasn’t ready . The check In girl was very nice and provided another room . We also booked a table for dinner which we had paid for . The room was nice. On leaving the room for dinner we used the sink in the bathroom, the water would not go . We decided to leave it till we got back from dinner.unfortunately when we got to the restaurant our room number hadn’t been changed from the room that hadn’t been ready for us, so we had trouble getting in.Dinner was good but very over priced for what it was . We also did not get a pudding as waitress was too busy talking with other guests. We decided to leave. On returning to the room the water hadn’t drained . We called reception and they said someone would come . They did and took photos and left. After 30mins we had heard nothing. I called again the girl was polite but said there’s nothing they could do to fix it. We did get another room after a brief conversation . We packed up and moved rooms . On arrival at the new room it was smaller and a smaller bed . So we went back and asked for another room as I am tall . They then sorted another room out for us . There was no help with cases either just us moving to different rooms. We was given a drink but the decaf coffee was instant and tea wasn’t upto much. The sleep was a good one but unfortunately we had a cleaner wake us up early . All in all nice looking hotel but needs to be managed a lot better .

Poor quality and choice of food in restaurant, poor service not enough staff, would not recommend to eat dinner at this hotel

Great place for a night or two. Well located for onward travel (close to the M40) and probably a better option that the limited options in nearby Thame

Staff were nice, breakfast was amazing as was the bedroom. The rest of the building was a bit tired however. Plenty of parking which was good. The main meal we had mixed reviews on our table, the fish wand chips was over cooked but the burger was delicious. Limited drinks menu, we wanted cocktails, most of the ingredients were unavailable. The breakfast however was the highlight, after spending a week in different hotels, it was refreshing to see so much choice.

Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful all of the time.
Lovely cosy room, nice and clean and very comfy bed.
Evening dining - excellent chef and great food.

The location was convenient for me but the rooms were looking tired. My first room had a huge coffee stain on the carpet and stains on the base of the shower unit. Patches of the carpet were wet, I asked for a room change immediately but this still was not the best. It was F1 weekend in Silverstone and the price was double already.

Waited 15 mins at reception before anyone turned up, despite calling on phone with our mobile. No one answered!
Room was ready early but we were told extra £30 to pay for early check in!
Ordered coffee, waiter forgot milk.
Wine glass had lipstick on it.
Only 1 camomile and 2 decaf tea bags in room. Fortunately I have brought my own!
Waiting to see how breakfast is.

Nice quiet room, big shower & bathroom

Tourists should never stay here. It is taken over regularly by special events, preventing any enjoyment by others.

Very expensive £282 for 1 night stay and certainly not worth it. 1 teabag 1 tiny sachet of milk, not enough for a decent cup of tea, very mean! No tissues. Very disappointed. Certainly expected more and never returning what a waste of money.

We had a very nice stay. But we can to stay for the spa facilities but the steam room and sauna were both out of use.

A large hotel with good outdoor sitting areas. Staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful.
Our room - king size deluxe - was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but the bedroom carpet was stained in several places which detracted from the overall appearance of the room.
The breakfast menu was comprehensive with the usual mix of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, hams, cooked items and pastries etc.
The evening bar meal was disappointing - the kitchen was unable to provide a gluten free ‘crispy battered fish’ even though offered on the menu. This was surprising as well as disappointing for such a large hotel which is part of such a huge chain.
However, overall, a comfortable stay.

Better signage would be good - was walking for ages to find room and met other confused guests on the way!
Would stay here again - good atmosphere.

We stayed for one night to attend a friends party, so we only stayed for one night, really liked the hotel and gutted we didn’t get chance to enjoy the spa. It was modern and so convenient just off the M40, will stay again if we are in the area!

The hotel itself was nice, staff are really helpful however we were disappointed that there was no in-room dining despite the website advertising this as well as the information channel on the TV in our room. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance so if you don’t have a car you will have to eat at the hotel restaurant. That said we found a lovely farm shop which opens on a Saturday which was a 15 min walk.

Could turn the heating up in my room.
When I checked in there was hairs in the shower so hasn’t been cleaned properly.
There was some dirt on the window.
And people upstairs was very noisy.
Tv didn’t have many channels.
Kept running out of beer

This hotel room is dirty and dated, I had to request a tv remote that took nearly 1 hour to arrive. However the food was nice yet expensive

It was inconvenient that hotel check-in was at 4pm, and we were shocked that our hotel room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. I was asked to wait 5-10 minutes, but after waiting for over 20 minutes, I left my baggage behind as I had a busy meeting outside.I stayed at several hotels in various cities in Southeast Asia last month, but this was my first time experiencing such an extremely uncomfortable hotel. The employees weren't very sorry and were unfriendly. The hotel cost was not cheap at all. I also asked the reception to make the bed in our room, but I was really annoyed and angry when I saw that they didn't do it when we returned to the room. I was so tired that I just asked for a change of towels. Lastly, finding a hotel room is as inconvenient for travelers like us who came from the US with large and heavy luggage.
3.0
Nice location with easy parking, but arrived late and was told that only room available was accessible room. Wouldn't have been a problem but the room was icy cold and of course they didn't have anywhere else to put me. The floor in the bathroom was like ice!
Otherwise very ordinary experience.
