I have top up some amount to upgrade my apartment to cottage because apartment is at level 3 and did not have lift.
4.3
host has arranged a punctual pick up and drop off services at Hakuba bus terminal & Hakuba Train station.
host is available when we arrived for check in, and lead us to our room.
has free onsen tickets to a nearby hotel with walking distance.
location is good, walking distance to the Gondola station as the other lift station is closed at that particular day.
The heater and dryer are being provided.
-Perhaps could provide bike rental services.
-It could be better there is somebody present physically at the front desk
(but you could reach them easily by calling them using the in-house phone)
-air con in room is a bit too noisy

Comfortable room everything we needed.
A bit far from town and no shuttle service as described when we booked.
4.3
Very nice location in the Nature and it’s the 1998 winter olympic village close to Happo one.
Nothing in particular.

They provide all neccessity stuffes to live for a while, actually we stay for 2 nights. Furthermore, they also give the free coupons to use the public onsen nearby.
The location is far from restuarants and convenience store, about 1-2 km.
4.3
very close to ski mountain
the beds
4.3
We loved the easy access to the ski slopes, the free vouchers to the onsen next door, the friendly and helpful staff and comfortable, convenient accommodations.
A couch or more comfortable chairs in the dining room.
4.3
The property was clean and comfortable
it was spacious enough for 2-3 people with good amenities in the apartment
washing machine and dryer was a bonus
The beds were comfortable and we had no troubles staying warm, extra blankets were provided also
4.3
Value for money, its location and cleanness of the room that we stayed.
Hobs had really low power that made us difficult to cook anything.
4.3
The cabins are neat and comfortable with the basics covered, like kitchen utensils, cooking oil, salt and pepper, and laundry facilitie including quality detergents. Plenty of towels and rubbish disposal services. Customer service, when we got in contact, was very good and all staff spoke English. Free access daily to the Onsen at Mominoki Hotel (50m up the road) was fantastic. Beds were firm but clean and comfortable. Price was fair for a ski resort in peak season
We had problems with our room phone initially and the reception is not manned, so you are reliant on getting someone by phone, which was a bit hit and miss at times (they were busy). The heating, whilst effective was variable - mornings were chilly even with the heating set to run a constant temperature. It was missing some simple comforts, like tea, coffee and sugar. The units are a bit tired and dusty in places, but in keeping with my expectations of the star ratings.
4.3
location was convenient, kitchen fully equipped, very cozy
the staff are nice, but one of them had no clue about anything. It took 30min just to purchase lift tickets
4.3
the bbq area
the smell of the apartments, they are too old.
we didn’t have slippers, laundry powder
4.3
Great location
Sewerage maintenance in driveway that left the entrance to our room very smelly and muddy
4.3
has a very nice vibe n beatiful during winter
got some dust in the room

Staff try their best to host the guests in the best way. Especially thanks Anna.
The onsen was closed for 2 days and no other option was offered.
4.3
Very friendly staff, spacious apartment, located close to the lifts.
On general apartment would need some renovations. Some of the apartments are accessible down the hill so in winter it could be quite challenging if parking up the road is not free. TV is in the kitchen which has no real table, only bar table and bar chairs. The AC in the bedroom was really loud.
