There are a lot of better and cheaper options in Banff!

It was clean

The room was way too hot and the temperature couldn’t be lowered. Multiple items were missing in the room when we arrived. We had to ask multiple times to get what was missing. The pool left residue on the bathing suits.

Comfortable old-fashioned hotel, 8 mins walk to the town centre

The hotel had a very cosy "old-world" vibe - truth to be told, a little outdated in its wallpaper and carpeting, but overall it felt comfortable and homey. The room was huge, beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was so large that it had two sinks! It's located a little further away from the town centre of Banff, so expect to walk 8-10 mins past several other inns and hotels before reaching the centre. That said, there are a couple of bus services right outside the hotel that you can utilise - just be prepared to wait.

My only nitpick is that the toiletries were small and very insufficient for two people; I had to supplement with my own travel toiletries.

Expensive parking in the hotel and a charge every day if you have a hire car in the town and park , the hotel is in the park no choice to park elsewhere

Nice time in Banff

Our room was spacious, the housekeeping was impeccable and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant twice, the food was nice and fairly priced. The hot tub and pool were a plus which we enjoyed a lot, and we loved the gas fireplace! Overall our stay was perfect!

The lodge is somewhat far from the downtown area, of course it is walkable, the center is 15 minutes walking.

the main entrance was nicely done

the rooms were dated , (the bath rooms were fine ) and beds uncomfortably . not very clean

Location was excellent, bus stop out front and walkable to downtown. Room was in an excellent location. Wish we had a balcony.

ダウンタウンの中では少し中心部から離れるが、それでも歩いて15分弱でお店がたくさんある通りに行けるのでよかった。夏でも寒かったが、暖炉のある部屋だったので快適に過ごせた。

4人で宿泊予定と伝えていたはず？だが、タオルなどの備品が部屋に3個ずつしかなく泊まる度にフロントへタオルをもらいに行く必要があった。お風呂から水が漏れる。

Waxx as a great stay. Would likely stay again.

The hotel room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed it very much. We disliked paying 20$ for parking and the hairdryer did not work. We would stay again.

Parking was 20$ on top of the room charge.

Great stay with a mountain vibe

Rooms are large, we got the room with a fireplace, which was great! The hotel is authentic and “fits” in the town. Location is fine, 10 minutes walking to the center. The pools are nice and clean.

Some parts of the hotel seem old, but nothing to worry about.

room spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the separate vanity area in the bathroom

Rooms weren't serviced until after 3pm as they service the check out rooms first.

friendly and helpful staff, room is clean and spacious, good location. hot tub is a plus. enjoyed my stay there.

coffee in the room is like tea. doesn’t have coffee in the lobby or a coffee shop. had to look for coffee before starting my day

Noce hotel and lovely staff although could do with a refurb
