Amazing spot just outside of town. Incredible views, great restaurant if needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly.
4.1
The amazing mountain views! The wonderful upgrade! First impression of hotel when arriving was like a movie set ☺️
The aircon was a bit noisy all night.

It was a wonderful experience. The views were breathtaking, the room was clean, and the hotel, in general, was cozy and really relaxing. We specifically wanted to mention the stunning service Emre provided us. He was attentive and helped us any time. Thank you so much for your hard work Emre!!
In addition, I would like to mention the great food at the Bistro restaurant. It was such a pleasure eating there. Great service, food, and views. And not to forget the barista. She made the best Earl Gray tea latte we've ever had. Perfect flavor balance and perfect milk steam. Thank you to all the staff working there. You all made our stay an unforgettable experience. We hope to see you all on our next trip!
We didn't have any complaints. Everything was better than we expected.

Location, view, outdoor hot tub
Full shades. Partial would be better for privacy on first level. Increase the timer on the hot tub jets.

Server and bistro manager were friendly and tried to solve the issues
1. I received 3 emails from hotel and said special winter offer for $33for 3 dishes and 50%off happy hour alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks for hotel guest. When I booked the bistro and seated, they said there was the mistake from the marketing. No any promotion and special offers during our stay. Very disappointed ! We were a group of 7 ppl to stay and felt like a trap. There had many choices at downtown and we just needed to drive 10 mins. It really spoiled our mood and big discount of the impression. I never got the notification mail from hotel and say it was marketing mistake.
2. We asked for late check out (noon time) when check in. and the lady of front desk confirm it was ok. I received a call from front desk next day at 11:30am and ask me to check out. I told him the late check out story and lady said ok. The guy questioned me of ok for what time..... Oh my, what was going on. Why the hotel didn't remark notes and call guests to explain again. Very unprofessional.

Everything; specially people
And the Resto
None

L’emplacement un peu excentré
Le bruit. Si vous avez le malheur d’être logé au rez de chaussée vous entendrez les personnes logées au-dessus de vous marcher, ça en devenait insupportable et ça a gâché notre séjour.

The view
Ridiculous price, shower didn’t work, bath not shiny clean, dirt around the plug in sink, very difficult to find even Siri couldn’t get us there
4.1
Good location, fairly new, clean, restaurant was good they saved the day.
No real management on property. Had a few issues with no real answers. The poor girl at front desk got bombarded with questions during the power outage.

We stayed at the Juniper Hotel for our wedding! Staff was amazing to communicate with and they were so kind. There was a fridge to store my bouquet due to having an early morning ceremony. The room we stayed in was clean and nice! The entry into the room was a bit slanted/awkward, but other than that the view was absolutely stunning and the chairs outside of the room was stellar. Tons of gorgeous natural light was wonderful. Facility was clean and excellent. The Bistro was AMAZING. We ate there twice and they were absolutely wonderful!

There was alot of noise coming from upstairs

Lovely room, incredible view from balcony! Fantastic restaurant- best meal I think we had on our trip! Was a great way to start our holiday!
Bit of a pain walking back and too to town. (Partly due to it being Canada day so not worth trying to drive in as so much traffic!). But the walk in is very scenic if you go along the river so not the end of the world!

Amazing view! Super comfy bed. Quiet, which was surprising when I realized we were close to the road! We never heard it in our room. The restaurant is delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm definitely staying here again!!

Facilities were nice, excellent views!
Was not aware that the hotel was not in the town site (my own fault) but something to be aware of. As well there were a few dead flies on windowsills as we came in, not a great look however perfectly clean other than that.

I was able to get someone to make me a fire outside each day I was there
The view was exceptional
I enjoyed not being down town, it was quiet in the sense that the location wasn't crowded and we were surrounded by nature
I had booked what ever hotel was still available in the price range I was prepared to pay but did not research more than that thinking Banff was Banff. I was disappointed to be right on the highway, kind of noisy when lounging outside but that was the ONLY down point

We had amazing views over the mountains and a lovely room. The manager upgraded us to a suite for our anniversary which really made our stay.

The views are stunning. The bistro is great too.
Could be a bit cleaner at least from what we saw from dust under the bed.

Traffic noise level when outside on the patio. Inside it could not be heard.

The view was fantastic. It's very convenient despite not being directly in the town of Banff.
The room could have had a chair or sofa. There was only a bed and a desk.
