lovely stay

Central location, great beds very comfortable.

the one inch gap under the door let's all the corridor noise in. we used a towel to block the noise out. shower very noisy,.

Great room, great location and not so great breakfast experience

Room was great and the location was convenient to walking most everywhere in Banff.

The breakfast room was downstairs in a room off the garage. The breakfast offerings were minimal and the room was quite small and crowded.

Sadly, our stay was too short, The Brewster Lodge is in an ideal location!

Location, unique features of the lodges, especially the reading room which included framed articles on the history of the Brewster family. The fitness room and sauna were great and the little stores on the main floor were awesome.

I wish that we would have selected a room with a balcony or one that went out onto the raised terrace - I know for next time!

The staff were very accommodating, polite and professional.

The location is excellent. We were able to park our car and walk wherever we went. For a continental breakfast, it provided a good selection and the food was fresh.

I would have liked to have access to a microwave, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Excellent location but don't expect solace

Perfect location, very central. Clean and polite staff.

Noise from the street is to be expected and wasn't as bad as anicipated but the noise from other guests in the hallway seems as though they were inside our room. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel as they obviously realize this is a complaint

Would definitely stay here again!

Best location in Banff - walking distance to shops, buses, restaurants. And yet, once you're inside, it feels quiet and peaceful. Its entrance is on a street which was partially closed to vehicle traffic. Very pleasant staff. Nice rustic style decor. Clean, comfortable, rooms. Nice breakfast room downstairs. They also have underground parking (we didn't need it). We accidentally left a bag in the lobby on departure; the staff called us, and then very kindly arranged to ship it home for us (for a charge). I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was short but good. A pretty quiet and nice place.

I love the location, very accessible to Banff town, very easy to go to places. Breakfast was simple but nice. Room is very clean with lots of towels.

It could be better if there is an air condition especially on summer months or not so cold months. Also, a small refrigerator would be helpful to store food. A microwave would also be nice to heat up food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean and maintained. Very cute little cottage like vibes inside. Perfect location to all the Banff stores on the strip.

Warm and inviting!

Within walking distance to many good restaurants. Lovely rooms with solid pine furniture. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. You can leave your car parked underground and walk everywhere. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast included in the price of the room.

Great short family getaway.

location was a block away from the town main strip.

slept next to a busy alleyway with trucks loading/unloading in the early morning. Also it was very dry inside. humidity could be higher.

Would stay again

Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was above expectations.

Light from the hallway comes through the edges of the door. And the bathroom lights are too intense and can’t be dimmed or anything.

Very good

Simplely breakfast, but meet the needs. There are eggs, meat pancake ,various deserts, juice ,coffee and milk. two kinds of fruit, apple and orange.

The room was hot but boy is it a great location.

The location can't be beat for the nightly rate.

I wish the temperature in the room was actually adjustable. We were very hot both nights even though was turned off the thermostat. I had to pay for parking which just seemed like a money grab.
