Very good location, close to town centre.
On check in, we were charged twice for our room and damage deposit. When the manager tried to resolve this, I ended up with a third charge on my card. It completely spoiled our time in Banff, as we spent our days with the manager and on the phone with my bank to have this resolved. Even the release of the deposit and balance owed to us after our stay took nearly 3 weeks to resolve. Re the accommodation, our room was in the hotel next door, with no secure entry, anyone could come into the building, making one feel insecure. Also, as there was no reception in the building, some guests felt it was ok to have, what seemed like a party in their room. On contacting reception, this was thankfully resolved. Bedding sheets had holes and were frayed, towels were grey and fraying and the mini fridge froze our fruit. The only thing going for this hotel is its location. Would definitely not return or recommend.

Friendly staff. Great value.
All good.

Location walking distance from downtown,cleanliness,affordable
Could not sleep well because of noise in the hallways and streets.

Walking distance to downtown. Most other visitors in the hotel or our floor were quiet and respectful. Somewhat newly renovated suite interior. Shampoo/conditioners/body wash on wall mounted dispenser. Does have good TV and microwave/fridge in suite. Hot water kettle available upon request.
Windows were absolutely paper thin. We could heard everything from buses coming and going to people's conversation as they walk pass the hotel one street level just in front. Elevator does not go down to underground parking level. Not a lot plug ins available.

close to everything and very comfortable

Thank you for an affordable stay in Banff. Summer saw soaring prices and coming off season was just as delightful. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly. Room was great. Clean and spacious. Zero problems.
Nothing was wrong. I am as happy as I can be with this stay.

Good location, free parking , comfortable bed
This is a very basic hotel for the price. It is way too expensive. Could be cleaner . Noisy air con unit in the window

Front of building facing street, 3rd floor. Bed & linens were good. Location of hotel & the staff very friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed they provided or gave me excellent information on where to go & what company to book tours.

Location was great. Easy stroll to the town restaurants and bars. Big room with comfortable beds.
Balcony was a bit bizarre as it had next doors (noisy) air conditioning unit on it so we couldn't use it. At 6am both mornings a bus was waiting outside for 30minutes with its engine running, so I recommend a room at the back of the hotel as we don't think the bus had anything to do with the hotel .

Location is superb. The staff was really friendly and the property very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future. We will recommend them to family and friends
They were doing a little bit of renovation at the time, not a big deal.

The room had no desk, so no place to put your laptop.
The room have no bench or stand for your suitcase.
The room has no closet and only two hooks to hang coats/shirts/jackets.
There was no TV guide printed out, you have to go to channel 16 and watch for a few minutes to see what was on and then remember the channels and go to that channel.
The room was noisy, you could hear the people in the hallway and the people on the street during the night

Large room, 5 minute walk to town, bus stop right outside. extremely convenient and really comfy beds.
The only constructive advise I have is to have more information in the rooms - regarding bus timetables, local information etc. there were no instructions for anything.
3.8
Location and comfortable bed. No room facilities at all, not even cutlery or a plate.
Toaster, kitchen utensils

Room was great for what we needed. Bed was comfortable, staff did a great job of cleaning the room/bathroom. Underground parking was great. Hot tub helped the legs after a day on the ski hill.
A breakfast offering would have been appreciated rather than having to head out to the cafes every morning.

No wardrobe

convenience for parking, was just a normal hotel room the queen room with two queen beds. we have stayed here before and loved it, which is why we came back, but this time the room did not have a smart TV so that was disappointing a bit. overall we would still come back.

Room was nice and clean
Was a bit confusing 😕 and have to wait for staff at front desk and they didn't help us much with where to go

location was good and room huge.

Just a short walk to centre of Banff

Location, beds.
Air conditioner.

Good location - walking distance to restaurants etc.
Check-in was confusing- had to go to another hotel lobby to speak to staff. Hotel staff was rude and made me feel unwelcome.

best price in the area, good location, good underground parking
no closet or hangars, jail-calibre toilet paper. I realize it’s only a 2 star but for upwards of $300 a night, I expect far more. I’ve been in nicer places for less than half that price.

The sheets on the bed had about 6 rips in them.
