Muy buen hotel en excelente ubicación

las instalaciones muy lindas, la ubicación. el mejor mercado al frente. Los tours salen a 200 metros del lugar. La cafetería muy buena.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved everything about Elks. The beds were so comfortable and the show was beautiful. The restaurant was our favorite of our whole trip! We had breakfast the next morning there even after we had just had dinner there the night before!

The room could use some touch-up in terms of trim, paint, furniture repair (wobbly table, for example). the bathroom needs more counter or shelf space for toiletries.

Hotel staff was very accommodating with our last minutes request and polite to answer all our questions. Location is The BEST . Exactly at centre of the town.

Disappointed- way over priced rooms. Rooms and main level completely different

First room. Furniture filthy. Dingy Second room carpet tired. Vent’s filthy especially in bathroom.

Refurbishing needed. Dark colors in hallway make it worse - same with dark and worn carpet

Our stay in Banff couldn’t have been better.

Highly recommend the Elk + Avenue and would stay again.

of all the Hotels we stayed at the Elk + Avenue was the best, definitely not a 3 star Hotel. Room was lovely, staff were friendly & very helpful, surrounded by eating places and anything needed, including IGA across the road.

Great Hotel, Close to everything

Location is great, you can buy tickets for Banff tourism spots right on the hotel, you also has the GoodEarth coffee shop which you can reach walking inside without having to go outside(it was cold). There is a bus stop right on the other side of the street for both directions. Comfortable shower and bed, good room size.

The first-floor bathroom was not clean, I believe it's because there is an open restaurant there, but I would say it's important to keep it clean since it's part of the hotel as well. The room bathroom was really clean so no issues there. Parking was great, underground and heated, and pretty cheap!

lobby was obviously renovated and beautifully updated. rooms were outdated and ill fitted. beds and pillow uncomfortable. they have renovated some rooms but in the first tower i dont think so. although i understand their cleaning/housekeeping system and why they do it, it looks terrible when walking through hallways you see everyones dirty towels outside their rooms and garbage. either they need someone following right behind housekeeping to pick that up, or they need a new plan. that was quite a terrible sight. completely lowered the standards of the hotel.

Great location and over priced room due to time of the year

Central location with paid underground parking ($5 per night); very conveniently located so you can walk around town and come back to the hotel walking; transit stop nearby to visit nearby tourist locations if you do not want to drive around and be bothered with finding parking; onsite restaurant with a good menu; medium sized room, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Loud noise when adjacent room closes door. We were in ground floor room 119,

Hotel was very nice, bit disappointed with the shower in our room, but over all good stay

We only had a hand held shower that you couldn't hang high enough to use as a shower head, not very practical!
