hôtel médiocre

la situation la climatisation marchait bien les lits étaient bons et le linge propre

la propreté : la poussière ne semble jamais être faite - il y avait une couche de poussière sur les ampoules des lampes datant d'au moins six mois. le carrelage sous le lavabo jamais nettoyé le canapé était plein de tâches c'est très daté, tout est bricolé la télévision ne marchait pas le petit déjeuner passable se situait au sous-sol sans aucune lumière du jour et beaucoup trop petite par rapport au nombre de chambres

Great location, friendly staff, overpriced, and outdated facilities

The location was central and the front desk employees were really nice, the room was clean enough, and there was a jacuzzi in the room, which was interesting.

The AC in the room was leaking. The breakfast room was extremely small with no functioning AC--as a result, it was really hot and inconvenient. They also had a box for tips in the breakfast room literally for stocking the shelves with croissants. The waffle machine didn't work properly, and the waffles came out semi-done with gooey/chewy dough

Cheap and cheerful stay in Niagara falls!

Room was nice and big and clean and tidy, nice bathroom with bath and also a balcony as well is a bonus.

Smelt a bit weird when I first entered the room, but I opened the balcony to get rid of the smell. Breakfast is very basic, but I feel this is normal for most American hotels.

Some of the room a lot of bugs my daughter is so scared she doesn’t want to get up in the bed the bug crawling in the floor

One of the best can’t wait to visit again

It was close to Clifton Hill, able to walk without paying for parking. Clean and bright.

Though the breakfast provided was great. The breakfast room would benefit having smaller tables.

Overall we enjoyed the large room, and balcony and stay.

Breakfast was fair, room was big, staff was friendly.

Everything was good, except the hallways looked rough, and our room was good, except the floors were filthy, and sticky, and the TV stand was very dusty and had so.eones garbage onto of it and behind it. All our socks were tossed bc soo black, n sticky.

New year's in niagra

The staff was super nice and informative. The location was wonderful, walking distance for everything

The bathroom is outdated and needs fixing, faucets leaking in bathtub and faucet broken on sink. The pull out couch was broken in, the couch was left to be desired. Very cold in the hallways. Breakfast was very cheap for the price that was paid for the hotel stay.

Not too bad, but with some renovation can be better.

It´s ok for a short stay, but quite old with some things broken. However, it does have coffee machine and a small fridge, which is handy We had breakfast included

It´s old and worn out. We did have breakfast, but mainly there were sweet things full of sugar Some cheese or simple ham would be nice.

Loved it.

Wow. Staff were friendly, it was awesome. There was 8 of us, and the hotel was a 3 minute walk from the Arcade and all the activities! Parking is $10 a car but if that’s a problem there’s a $5 parking lot right beside it.

unable to get good night's sleep

Close to Falls, decent price 120 usd, friendly front desk ppl

Arrived just before midnight, room209 beds/pillows so hard unable to really sleep, was told at chkout i could have moved rooms if i had asked

Not well maintained and dirty inside the room

It was not clean, good under the bed the bathroom shower curtain was dirty, the bathroom counter was dusty and dirty😞

The elevator floor needs to be cleaned it looks dirty and it's a bad impression for the hotel

Gute Lage doch Renovierungsbedarf.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann die Niagarafälle problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Es sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Man konnte ein Fenster öffnen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Stromverteilung war sehr experimentell. Der Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein und das Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten.

the hotel is well located and the swimming pool is ok .SIze of the room also ok .

the bathroon was not really clean and the towels were humid when we arrived ... not sure if they were changed and clean

Great location, but tired hotel that needs work

Location was great for NF. Reception very helpful

Breakfast was poor and in a tiny basement room. Ac was noisy. Whole place needs modernising. Bathroom about 40 years old. Just has a run down, tired feel.

Superb

Rooms were away from elevator and we had to go through the new wing to be able to reach out rooms. There should be a layout of the hotel so guests can be prepared about where they are staying.

This was perfect for what we wanted.

Convenient location and still somewhat private.

The poolside is closed at night time. A group of adults could be trusted though.

We would consider staying here again. OK on a budget.

The staff are great. The room was clean.

We felt swarmed by all these Parking Lot guys next to the hotel. We couldn't drive anywhere without some fool trying to flag us into their lot. Other than that. Location was good. The lamp is our room was damaged and 1 plug outlet was unusable due to a broken socket. The bed was just far too soft for a comfortable sleep. Even expensive hotels deal with this issue. i think it's assumed that every visitor is 100 pounds in this day and age. Same with the chairs on our balcony. The only other issue we had was dim lighting in the bathroom caused by the light-up mirror. Which could not be run without the fan being on. My only actually complaint was a bunch of Indian guys behind the hotel drinking, playing loud Bollywood music and partying near our vehicle and other vehicles. It didn't last all night which was good. Pretty sure you can't drink in the parking lot but you can only do so much.
