Good value for money but I would not recommend it for a long stay or if you are picky on cleanliness

It's a good value for money. The beds are big and comfortable. It's close to the Niagara Falls (you can go walking).

It's old and not super clean. It can also be noisy (I guess walls are thin).

If you want to save some cash and have a place to stay not too far from the tourist attractions this spot is a good choi

Great location. Not far from the falls and the casino. There’s definitely a party vibe in the area. Bars and restaurants close by. The A/C worked well. The staff was cool and the price was worth it. Definitely would come back.

Wasn’t the cleanest room but considering the price and the fact that it’s a motel it’s pretty standard.

Very poor

Good location.

Unhelpful staff, faulty wifi which delayed check-in, door didn't lock properly, AC was not working, was promised a 40% refund but did not get any. Mailed the owner multiple times but no response.

Great location But ..

We liked the location . It was in the middle of everything which allowed us to save on unnecessary payments such as parking etc.

An incident happened with the Owner of the Motel . I informed them twice on Booking that we will be checking in late , Staff called and mentioned they will grant us a discount to Apologize for this inconvenience. We appreciated it . We payed at the property and turned out they had to give us an Extra 18 US dollars . The owner was comfortable giving us only 10$ and when we mentioned that we still had money left he was upset and started telling us to never come back and as if he was doing us a favor from his own money . The Room wasn't clean as it was supposed to the bathroom was smelly and the bedsheets were a little smelly too which made us uncomfortable. We had a nice stay as per location and price , but for the way the owner treated us we decided to never come back again ! We'll put our money elsewhere.

You get what you pay for.

There was a layer of dust on top of the baseboard and pretty old and banged up furnishing. TV wasn't working. On the positive side the mattress was good and we sleept well. But overall we would not return.

Hair in a bathroom. Hot tub is freshly painted so you hair is sticking to it.

Bad experience

Cleanliness and staff friendliness

Stay was comfortable but caused hassle with automatic closing door. Which locked me out for more then an hour early in the morning.and non of the staff responded. Even after multiple calls and knocking the reception door

At least there was no bedbugs!

Fridge, microwave, good space table and an additional serving table were useful. Lots of power outlets. Staff was welcoming. Good location. Close to restaurants and infrastructure. Not very far from the Falls. Fortunately, we were attending a festival and spent all the time outside of hotel. It has served its purpose.

Property is dated but they try to keep it clean. The worst was the smell of some chemical deodorant that stayed in the room for the whole first day and next morning. Caused breathing problems. Beds were too soft for our liking and one of two beds was unstable and dangerous to climb from one side. TV had no sound but was repaired next day. No room service and only one big and one small towel for 2 people. I have requested the 2nd towel but never got it. The parking lot is small and one spot is taken permanently by a truck without licence plates. There is no tea/coffee maker and no hairdryer. Both would be nice to have. When you need to flush the toilet, you have to find the flush button under the desk in the bathroom.
