location is perfect, neat room. Only that some important is missing.

room is just perfect for a family of 5

We are being transfer from Wyndill to Hilton . No extra tooth brush, toothpaste, or sleepers.extra food, more water atleast.

Hugely disappointing. Won't come back ever!

Breakfast was fine. Super nice waiter.

Took over 2 hours to check in and had to move locations due to overbooking. The T.V. was tiny with horrible sound quality. The bathroom toilet and surrounding area was disgusting, filthy! Was unable to shower properly as the water was scalding hot and unadjustable. Was charged for parking which isn't mentioned when booking.

Cheap and at good Location

only 5 min walk from Niagara falls, amazing pool and great room size. staff members were apsolutely lovely!!

Breakfast is Grab&Go : bag with granola bar, OJ, muffin and fruit coctail - not impressed. parking is a bit pricey - 15$+ tax per night

We liked that it was convenient and we could get to our car easily. It was close to everything we needed.

Perfect if you dont need a fallsview

The bed was very comfortable. Good heating. Amazing water pressure in the shower (i really missed that in all the other hotel on my 1month trip) Complimentary water in the fridge. At the check in you get some vouchers. Quiet location Hotel stored our bags for us at the check out. Ice & drink machines

The deposit of 200.- seems very high.

Très bien situé

Hotel miteux, sale, la tapisserie gondole tlm c'est humide, un prix exorbitant 600$ pour 2 nuit pour un hotel médiocre. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas bien et elle a coulé partout sur le plancher de notre chambre... après 30min dans l'hôtel nous avons demandé un remboursement car nous ne voulions pas dormir à cette endroit du au manque de confort et à l'humidité. Il n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser en totalité... Nous somme aller au Hilton pour finir et nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour

Friendly and clean.

The breakfast was okay.

The breakfast could have been a warm breakfast. We pick our breakfast. But I guess if it was just a grab and go, we could have picked our own muffin and granola bar.

Adequate for a last minute booking in a busy destination

The grab and go breakfast was adequate and well organized. The staff was very friendly and engaging. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The corridors to our room smell of mold and wet carpet. The base of the bed was smaller than the metal frame which Was protruding, hence me hurting my ankle . I am still sore and bruised blue. When I expressed my concern to the manager, he was a bit emphatic, but once I said I was not spending another night , he had no interest, even when I said I plan to return in September. We have since booked at another hotel Wyndham off course!! Hopefully I won’t be disappointed this time 🤔

Never ever book this location. We went there from Virginia very bad experience.

They were over booking to send us another hotel without and address staff show me building and said just go straight and after 2 signal turn right there is hotel that’s the address and we arrived hotel midnight and they send us another hotel because of they are over booked.

Why you guys over booking and mess with guests. Yes Please if you visit there don’t not eat bfast it’s just junk.

The hotel was overbooked, so I was switched to the Hilton which was ok except there was no breakfast served daily without extra payment.

I did not get the breakfast, so I had to pay out of pocket. Which was an additional expense.

Worst experience ever

Nothing available to speak

On arrival we were informed that they are over booked and giving us transfer in Hilton hotel. Where we waited for more than 1 hour to just check in after that we are getting informed we have to pay parking fees, no rooms available together & no breakfast which was included in the original booking.

Do not stay here!

The room was decent

Well when we tried to check in at 340, they told everyone in the lobby that there were no rooms. We didn’t get a room till 5 while others had to wait till almost 8pm. Says they offer breakfast in the lobby. Get to the lobby and there’s no breakfast and states that they don’t have a kitchen so instead they hand us and every other guest paper bags which I show in the pic and I was shocked by that and what was in it. We switched hotels last minute because they said they offered breakfast and I just couldn’t believe it! The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running all night which was the only thing wrong with the room but I would not recommend this hotel at all! Super unprofessional!

A nice place to stay close to Fallsview and the OLG Stage.

This is actually a review of the Oakes due to being relocated because Days Inn was under renovation. Days Inn staff was wonderful getting us redirected to our new accommodations.

I have nothing bad to say.

Nice room in Oakes, misled on breakfast

We were upgraded to the oakes hotel which was very pleasant.

Advertised continental breakfast, was a muffin, a cereal bar and some juice in a paper bag, does not in my opinion convey the sense of a continental breakfast being included in the price and felt very let down by this.

11 min walk to the strip.

the Wyndham had water issues so we go moved to the Hilton Fallsview. I would of rather stayed at days inn! our bathroom at the Hilton had bugs. the bed sheets had crumbs in it when we got there. we where under the pool on the 16th floor and we heard the water pipes all night. we got told they would match the pricing from Wyndham we had to fight for that when we got to the Hilton. at check out I paid thinking EVERYTHING we talked about was correct to find out they way over charged us. I had to come all the way back to the hotel for my refund…
