Great location and an enjoyable stay! Disappointed that there wasn’t free parking.

The breakfast was delicious! There was anything and everything to eat!

Our room and our friends were not made up. This was a little disappointing. We didn’t have our Do not Disturb sign as they thought we may have. It was strange that neither room was clean. They didn’t seem to care as well!

Great service, Friendly staff and good breakfast, Walking distance to falls.

Laundry in basement was useful and cheap.

Hot water heater in rooms would be useful or access to tea and coffee 24hrs would have been ideal.

Clean hotel with pleasant staff but room and breakfast was disappointing

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable but the bedroom and bathroom were rather cramped. The window in the room was very small and provided very little natural light. A very helpful maintenance man provided us with extra lights so we could read in comfort. The breakfast area was very pleasant but the cooked breakfast was disappointing and we were very disappointed by the single-use disposable cutlery, plates, cups, etc.

Using disposal cutlery, plates, cups gives the hotel an unnecessarily downbeat image and is unsustainable environmentally. Surely, it can be that difficult to provide proper cutlery and utilise a dishwasher to wash and re-use them. This would also provide a much more pleasant dining experience for customers - it was impossible to eat the cereal with the wooden spoons provided.

Comfortable and Clean

Very comfortable, standard room. Very clean, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Clifton Hill and restaurants all around.

The pool was quite small, but clean, warm and not crowded. Breakfast was so busy one morning it was just chaos. Parking is extra and expensive, but standard in the area. One gentleman at the desk was gruff and condescending to another guest.

Poor customer service and less value for money. Photos were inaccurate. We requested for simple things but they didn't even bother replying. Will not go back to this place.

breakfast was great, rooms were clean, easy check in and check out process, free Tesla charging station which was great for us as we were preparing to pay for supercharging
