לא הצלחנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר ובעל הבית לא הציע להשאיר לנו את הארוחה במקרר

החדרים מלוכלכים, מצעים לא הוחלפו בשני החדרים שהיינו, שערות על הכריות ומצעים, עכבישים על השמיכות, אבק על הריהוט, החדר לא מטוטא ולא שטוף, טלויזיה קטנה מאוד ללא אפשרות להגביר את הקול , נאלצנו לעבור חדר פעמים ובעל הבית לא הציע הנחה, ממש בושה

Very pleasant

The gardens were amazing and worth spending time outdoors. Very interesting and eclectic. Upgrades are needed in the bathrooms. Hosts were wonderful.

Room was very clean and well decorated, very comfortable bed and the breakfast was really good in a beautiful breakfast nook with tones of antique decorations.

Very cute and quaint, highly recommend

We really loved our stay here, it felt like stepping back in time and staying in a castle! The decor was very regal and quaint, the garden was so cute, and the breakfast was delicious and included drinks, fruits, a muffin and a hot meal! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone wanting to go to Niagara Falls, staying here was honestly the highlight of our trip, and the hosts were so friendly!

The bed and breakfast is about a 25 minute walk from the falls, but it was worth it.

Bed and Breakfast is where it’s at. All the comforts of home!

Gorgeous kept gardens! Easy to find and ample parking. very welcoming and a sense of the comfort of home. Staff was friendly and helpful with things to do in the area.

quaint and comfortable

This property is bursting with charm and a real one off. We were made very welcome and the room was comfortable and spacious. easy to walk into Niagara and I think there is also a bus from outside but we didn’t take it.

very quaint and comfortable. host friendly and gave helpful tips re area. B&b had lots of interesting ornaments and lots of interest. Definitely the opposite of a corporate hotel.

Superb

Checkin and checkout was super easy. The home and furnishings were absolutely beautiful..Victorian throughout. We stayed in the Shirrifs tower.huge room with a small foyer snd adjoining bathroom .. absolutely thrilled with the double jacuzzi tub. The wine glasses were a thoughtful touch, as well as the mini- fridge and microwave in the shared hallway. Breakfast was amazing.Fresh Fruit cocktail, home baked warm muffins , jams and jellies and scrumptious French toast.All served in Victorian china:) The dining room's wood paneling, trim and furniture were exquisite! The hosts were very friendly . It was a delight to hear them share the local history of the home and the wedding / fashion museum. Great conversation with the other guests. We and some other guests arrived late ( time change affect:)) and the hosts were very accommodating. The whole stay was relaxing.We felt at home 🏡 This location is a few blocks from a plaza with grocery store and restaurants.

The king bed was very comfortable. If the linens could be upgraded to a higher thread count cotton and a nice duvet it would've been the icing on the cake Also, my husband said I'm too picky..but next time the rooms cleaned if you can check the corners beside the wall recessed dresser. Other than that, the room was nice and clean.

Good place to stay but limited space for a group to gather

Breakfast was terrific. Home decor was also very good.

As a group we wanted to have a common space to gather However this was not available at the property.

Cutest bed and breakfast

I love the easy check in process and no shoes were allowed in the home so i felt comfortable walking around barefoot. The host was amazing!

A nice spot to stay. Huge jaccussi tub was nice. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was good and a fantastic setting

We understand that this facility is largely geared to tourists who would be out for most the day. A living room for general meeting would be nice since we like connecting with other travellers while staying at a b&b. We also understand that they need to succeed as a business so rooms need to be used for paying guests.

Definitely a hidden gem.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was very quiet and peaceful. Decor was fantastic and breakfast was excellent. The building itself is very well maintained considering its age, and the updated facilities didnt detract from the old world feel.

Only that I couldnt stay longer.

Breakfast was amazing! The host was very pleasant. He made check-in super easy for us. We really enjoyed hanging out in the yard which has beautiful gardens. The location was great for visiting Niagara Falls.

The furnitures and the corners of the place is dusty. So the cleaner needs to focus on dusting and clean the whole place properly.

Adequate but a bit disappointing

location, jacuzzi tub, dining room, some interesting collections.

room was more cramped than cozy, room was much too warm and there was no way to adjust heat - it was -17 outside and we had to keep window open all night. bathroom door needed fixing - you had to literally slam it to get it to close. Needed some extra care with some details- paint/grout upkeep; a jumbo bottle of shampoo and dial soap were just sitting on bathroom floor.

Sweet & Charming, just as advertised

This B&B was very clean & tidy. It was so charming with all its interesting decor. We loved our room. It was spacious clean and had a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, and the owner was so welcoming, we enjoyed his company.

Honestly it was an amazing experience and the host made it feel like home.

The location is 5 min drive from the Falls and all local attractions. Breakfast was yummy and delicious. The host was informative of the area to suggest fun things to do.
