A decent place to stay could use a microwave

It had a good location and easy to get to

The bathtub is very awkward to stand in,the floor is pitched and you don’t feel comfortable standing in it because the bottom is rounded

Great for a Stay, but Head Out for Food!

Great swimming pool and hot tub. Nice rooms with decent facilities in them. Location hard to beat!

Restaurant in the hotel is lousy. Overpriced and cooked with apathy, where nothing seems particularly good. Order bacon well done and it comes in at maybe medium. Fish and chips shockingly tough. Booze overpriced. This poor restaurant has driven us away from what is otherwise a great hotel.

Great hotel and location!

The location to the Fallsview is amazing, you are directly across the street. If you have a show to see, you are not far at all. Parking is free and plenty. Rooms on the ground floor have a patio door with access to the outside. And the rooms are clean.

There is nothing I can think of!

Great place to stay near the festival of lights in Niagara Falls

The location was stellar. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly...every staff member we encountered said hello. The room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant onsite was ok. Dinner was a little disappointing. Pricey and not very hot when delivered to the table. We paid extra for breakfast ($10) and that was quite good, but not hot when delivered. However it was a great savings to include breakfast with our booking as we saved over $20 for the 2 of us.

Sliding door to balcony needs to be upgraded. Room #609. Rattled all night. Floor outside bathroom had water damage & should be replaced.

the size of the room was good and staff were kind.

the wallpaper was torn on bathroom walls, the shower curtains and bath smelt very bad as if someone urinated on them, the floor was full of garbage by the corners or the bed and table, the curtains had alot of stains on them and bad odor, there was dust on tables, the lamp charger by the bed did not work at all, the pool opens late @ 10:30 which is about 1 hour and 30 min before check-out which doesnt give much time for early birds to use compared to other one open @ 7am and lastly there was a black imprit on my matress sheets under the blanket which i felt was very unsanitary and had to switch beds. I paid just over $300 for the night and will not be reccomending nor going back again.

Good stay

Very near to the niagara falls

The room they give us is not what we expected. The door knob is very scary as if u were alone you can be locked up as it is not easy to open the door knob in the bathroom. Breakfast was not a continental compared to other Holiday inn which you can still eat if you want but not here but food was nice

Comfortable Hotel with short walking distance to most attractions and restaurants

large comfortable queen bedded room...amazing beds, ok views , quiet area, awesome breakfast!

small bathroom, needed to be updated to 2020's...felt like an basic apartment bathroom. Better TV channels.

The hotel is very nice, the fresh floral arrangements are gorgeous! The pool area is very pretty. Check out isn’t until noon which is a bonus!

Cozy place, will come back again!

The location is fantastic. We love coming back to Niagara once in a while, this place is very cozy, will come back for sure.

We didn't like the pool and jacuzzi.. it felt very unclean, we could see the low maintenance. It had made us feel uncomfortable, not going again.

Very Clean. Modern. Service excellent. We had an issue with our heater, where it was making noises. 5 mins after calling, a person came in checking on it. 5 mins later, another more experienced person came in. 15 mins later, the whole thing was replaced. Issue resolved. All other questions answered fully with a smile. Breakfast. On the of the best in town. Big portions. Excellent quality. excellent service. Location. 5 min walk to the horseshoe falls, 3 min walk to Skylone. Nice restaurant/bar inside hotel. Parking free behind hotel and huge.

We booked Breakfast included, but it ended up to be included for only 2 adults (children ate free though). However, given the great on-the-menu breakfast it was, who would complain afterwards.

A Very Expensive Hotel Stay at Holiday INN By the Falls.

Staffs are so accommodating and reliable.

1.Cable TV. 2.Refrigerator never worked even it was replaced. 3.Room price was not reasonable fir that kind of accommodations.
