Staff at the check in counter was great. They were very nice
The room was not very clean. Found hair in bed and shower.

The rooms were spacious for four people.
The patio with the rooms are nice
Clean lobby seems like there is some construction going on.
There were a few tv issues
The room I was in was non smoking but I could smell smoke here and there. The rooms also have thin walls so you can hear everything next door.

Getting the right person at your front desk to check people in first come first served.
Arrived early and (mentioned and called to let staff know I would be arriving a bit early if a room would be ready it would be appreciative, when we arrived went to front desk around 2:30pm person at the front desk mentioned room is not ready so we took a seat in the front lobby), while "we observed" numerous guests arriving and getting rooms as they came in as I looked over at the person that had mentioned our room not being ready........he gave me a smirk along with a smile, struck me as what is going on! As I waited which seemed like about an hour and check in was at 4pm.......and now 3:30 is here and still more people coming in and checking in (I observed the person at the desk that I chatted with took off) so I talked to the other front desk person she seemed very knowledgeable and checking people in rather quickly. So I walked up and chatted with her as to what was going on, as we had been here almost an hour, she was professional apologized and got us a room. My opinion: Need to work on staff and the processes to check someone as in first come first served.

My stay was horrible..my A/C didn't work it was so hot my kids were crying they were uncomfortable ..the sheets had stains I don't believe they were changed out there was only 2 bath towels and a towel mat 2 wash clothes..there was a bug on one of the beds ..there were crumbles of food all over the chair ..the back patio was dirty there was garbage ..the room was unacceptable and uncomfortable the glass sliding door were full of prints and dirty ..very disappointed for the price I paid I was expecting a clean and cold air for my family

The room was comfortable and clean. A hotel staff offered and went out of her way to find an ice machine and delivered filled ice bucket, back to our room. The buffet breakfast in the morning. Very good service, waiter always ready to refill beverages and any other requests.
Couldn’t find my reservation right away. Not sure if reserving through “booking.com” was the problem. Also, check out was easy, just phoned the front desk but have not yet received an email with a receipt. Hopefully the charges are correct!! Also, was not able to request a room close to the elevator because of the reservation problem. Staff said room was already set and couldn’t change so my 92 year old mother had to walk to the end of the hall, the furthest rooms from the elevator, for the duration of our stay. Miss the warm chocolate chip cookies.

I didn’t like the service they over charged us after us being diamond members treated us horrible. Hotel needs maintenance still after all the renovations they did elevator stopped working for 2days. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option.

Size of room
No sundry shop to be able to purchase things without leaving the hotel such as aspirin. Noise level was quite high with teenagers running the halls in the middle of the night being disrespectful to guests and leaving food all over the hallways.

The room was very nice, bed was good and decor pleasant, and bathroom was gleaming and beautiful. I loved the bathtub and immediate hot water. The staff were kind and capable.
This was the only dance convention that I ever attended that didn’t have a coffee bar providing espresso drinks, snacks and sandwiches for dancers to grab before and between workshops and competitions. I was stunned and frustrated not to have anything at all available onsite between 10:30 and 4, not even an urn of coffee in the hotel lobby. Similarly, I was shocked that the hotel did not have a vending machine or notion area with aspirin, cold medicine, toothbrush, toothpaste and such available for purchase to help guests be comfortable. It felt incredibly unknowing and inhospitable towards the hundreds of dance convention guests who were staying there. Dancers stay up late and need food and coffee at odd hours. The workshop and competition schedule may not permit them to leave the premises in search of these things.

Rooms were remodeled and nice, restaurant was good, location is great across from mall.
Parking was full, street parking is 2 hrs, hot tub closed in winter, conference multi-level was a pain with stairs, no fridge or microwave in rooms.

Front desk staff to check us in were very nice and helpful.Rooms had been remodeled and they were nice and clean.
The thing that ruined the stay was the ac was broken in the wing that we were in. There was no ac going in the hallway when you walked in and the room ac was also barely working. Facilities first told us this was normal but because it was so warm ( normal hot temps for a summer in Sacramento) the ac wasn't able to handle it. We were offered another room ( which was two doors down from ours and just as warm). Facilities finally admitted that they were having HVAC issues with this wing and ac was broken in the hallway and not working well in the rooms. I complained the next morning again because we went to check out and it was cooler outside that it was in our room with the ac running at the lowest temp all night. A manager did call me and leave a message, I called back and no one from the hotel ever returned my call. If the wing had known issues they should have been repaired before rooms were rented out. I've stayed here, on the same wing, in the past and had a great visit with a fully functional ac in both the hallway and room. Having to put a cooling towel on you to try to sleep, very little, in heat is not right.

The location was excellent to where I needed to be.
I did not know that the hotel was under construction number one which was an inconvenience walking around in the heat to get to where I needed to go to check in for my room. Number two once I got to my room I couldn't open my door with the card key because the paint they had just painted the room I don't know how long ago but the door was stuck and me being disabled to have to keep pushing the door open with my shoulder including the bathroom door inside of the room was not right because I'm already disabled I don't need to be being sheer pushing the door open so I just don't think that they should rent that room out again and also the air conditioning in there was terrible cuz there's no vent for the restroom so all the hot air just circulated into the room with the AC not working so it was a little uncomfortable with the heat
