It’s very convenient and low key, but it’s not missing any amenities.

The location was close to town and it was clean.
The room smelled old and there is no rose garden
The room was not worth the money we paid for it.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved our stay here. The staff were super helpful and the lovely lady at reception let us check in even though we were a few hours early. The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfy.

Price, staff, sheets were nice , nice new shutters.
The floor boards and walls were disgusting. Grime and handprints everywhere.
No real outside space.

The room was clean. The large-screen TV was great with Dish TV. Easy parking by each room.
Minimal comforts for the price. No tissues. Bedding was worn. Four nice, fluffy pillows. Location is terrible! Directly across the street from Napa High School. Lots of students around property and nearby area. No breakfast included.

beds were comfortable
location was pretty close to everything
The room needed to be repainted.
The doors had handprints near the knobs.
windows had hardware removed but not painted over.

Owner was extremely nice, but the 'Lodge" was totally old school. Relatively comfortable.
Way too expensive for what you get. Toilet is old school. Not the new higher versions and elongated bowls. I could barely fit on it. Room was relatively comfortable, but for that kind of money you would expect much nicer interior accomodations. Just bare bones.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and location is a bit far from downtown but we enjoyed the walk through the beautiful neighborhoods.
Room was a little small but it since we were there for the adventure it didn't matter

The owners are absolutely kind, friendly, welcoming and amazing!! The location was perfect for our first time at BottleRock!

Getting breakfast was close to fast food.
The facility is too close to traffic. The room is not soundproof.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was nice they provided two free bottles of water. Although upon booking they indicated coffee machines had been removed, I was surprised to see, the coffee machine was in fact available. The shower pressure was GREAT!! Most times, in hotels, the shower pressure is awful. The location, was odd, but not far from food, restaurants and downtown.
The lodge is quaint, but my room could've used a deeper cleaning, especially in the shower. The walls were pretty dirty. The location, while not bad, was odd, right across the street from the high school. I'm sure if you spend a little more for a specialty room, you would have more space.

cute and small property very close to downtown Napa. staff was friendly.

The lodge was very clean and organized.
Rear window facing a busy and noisy side street.

The reviews and website images were deceiving and didn't match our expectations. I had requested a room with a hot tub and when we checked in found out that there was only 1 room with a hot tub. Our room wasn't available upon arrival, but the staff service was helpful. We had to call the front desk several times to ask for items and it seemed they just moved things out of one room to service another. They cleaned our room which was unexpected and felt a little invasive (we had left items around the room) On the day of departure we couldn't get a hold of anyone on the front desk to get cups for coffee (they hadn't left us any) and/or drop our keys.

The rooms were very quaint & clean. The location was excellent for access to Downtown! The staff was also friendly.
Really no complaints other than a lamp would have been nice in the room. Nothing to complain about though. We really didn't plan on spending much time in our room, so, for the price the value was great.
