Stay was good might would stay Austin for work but probably not with family.

Location was great for what I was there for. People were nice and friendly. Room was clean.

“Gym” had multiple pieces of broken and unusable equipment. The hallway around my room constantly smelled of marijuana.

Really friendly staff in a welcoming enviornment.

The friendliness of staff was exceptional.i really enjoyed staying here, Esther at the front desk made my family and i feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. She treated us like family and i will definetly be coming back to stay here. Also, we arrived late at night to check in and i felt safe in this area being on base and coming from the parking lot into the hotel. Thank you!

Will look for other Candlewood suites as I travel.

The location was close to my work related destination. Room was clean, but a little tattered. Quiet, and no noisy neighbors.

Staff was standing around the front entrance smoking, directly under the NO SMOKING sign. I made mention to the fact, and they stated that the sign was "just put up", like that didn't apply to them.

I checked on website, and even called to verify that I would be able to check in if I was over 18 but under 21. The pers

Room was spacious, big tv and curtains that close were nice.

No vending machines, just a pantry like thing. Would have preferred the vending.

Rude and ridiculous employees

The location was the only good thing about the place.

The nighttime desk lady was rude and saying obscene things to my husband. I had went upstairs befor him,taking the key. When he had tried to come in, the front desk lady was nowhere to be found. He had his arms full of luggage. Stood and waited for a while. Then used car keys to tap on the window. The lady started yelling at him asking who he was n asking if he was on drugs. Told him shes goin to call the cops. She was acting like she was on something n talking totally out of line. We will not be returning to this location. And we are no longer customers of the candlewood hotels anywhere. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. The room was much smaller than what we are used to from candlewood. And there was no vanity in the bathroom.

On duty clerk when we arrived was nice. as for breakfast....what breakfast? except for coffee, it looks like you have to pay for breakfast.

NOT HAVING ROACHES IN THE ROOM OR MOLD ON THE BATHROOM WALLS!

Disappointed and dirty

I like having a kitchen in the room

Room was dirty, your feet were black when walking bare foot on the floors. The room had cob webbs and bugs. The TV volume was broken, I reported it twice but it was never fixed during our 4 day stay.
