Motel not hotel

The ladies at front desk were nice. Seemed clean in the living area. Had indoor pool and gym.

I was put right on the road and it was noisy, shower had scum under the corner shelves, pool looked extremely cloudy, elevators made alot of noises, lastly the most important, if someone pays almost 400 dollars for a day and a half he should be able to get the breakfast bar 20 minutes early and not snapped at because I had to go to work and was hungry. The food was finished cooking and sitting there and the guy was talking with an attitude and i felt a bit threatened. If i wasn't on a business trip i would have called him out, i try to keep professional and i let it go, people have bad days, didn't know security was on the food i thought i paid for. I won't ever stay here again and will never recommend it.

Wonderful stay.

The staff is wonderful. The checkin and checkout was easy and simple. The breakfast was delicious. The juices were not watered down which was a plus plus. Wonderful stay.

It was a nice place to stay while we were visiting our son in the hospital.

Good location!

The only thing was a minor inconvenience; no cups in the bathroom. Other than that, all was well.

Good location, not enough furniture

Large clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good bathroom

Although the room was large, there was a lack of furniture! Did not have the usual low surfaces for luggage, we had to put our suitcases on the floor. Not great with seniors who have back issues.

Upon arrival, they didn't have the room that I booked. We had to settle for a different room because every hotel in the area was sold out because of a tournament.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and very nice.

The girl that checked us in was super sweet and friendly and made the process so much easier just from being so nice. There lobby and breakfast area look very clean and nice. There’s a cute fire place in the lobby. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower was great. The beds and pillows were great too.

The only downside was the pool was being worked on. It looked really nice and we’re hoping we’ll get to try it out next year.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we would definitely choose this location EVERY time we visit Augusta.

Its cleanliness. Comfortable beds. The rooms are a nice size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! Its location was near every place we visited while staying.

There weren’t enough towels in the rooms.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Definitely need to offer more fruits and the pork/turkey sausages should've been left out. The yogurt was good though.

We disappointed...

Staff was great, tried their best to accommodate us, but they had no control over what the problem was...

Carpet was filthy, and sticky in every room that we looked at, we had to check out because it was completely not what we expected, we had just came off a 14 hour drive, and we were suppose to have been there for 4 nights...

. Room was clean. Microwave and Refrigerator in the room. Even a Keurig with complimentary pods. Also served a continental breakfast. Police security on the property at night.

The breakfast was okay. The food was warm. Not hot. No waffles. Need better selection of creamers.

I did not get the room I reserved. It was a Queen Suite but not the separated room I reserved. I thought the price I paid for the room I could have gone somewhere just as nice at a lower price.
