I've stayed at much better Baymont.

Meh

I didn't like that the building was under remodeling. So stuff was hanging from the ceiling. It looked like a ghost town. And as a female it was too many men hanging out side. Indefinitely was nervous.

Some Good and a Lot of Bad

Patti at the registration desk was very kind and friendly and tried to help us. The location has potential once the remodeling is finished.

The place was being remodeled and there were numerous problems including curtains that fell off the window, light bulbs missing, very meager and poor breakfast options, and the desk sometimes did answer. For $180 we expected more.

The front desk receptionist were awesome and the house keeping ladies were very helpful and curtious.

One of the cooks took exception to me getting to breakfast around 840am...and did not want to bring out fresh eggs.

The staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and personal. The room was absolutely perfect; I wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely plan on returning!

The rooms are listed as sound proof, but I could hear the ice machine in the hall and elevator -- my room was diagonally from the machines. However the bed and bedding was so comfortable, I slept through the night with no problems, just those first few minutes. Outside of that, I have no real complaints about the facility. It's probably the best hotel I have stayed, so far.

Size of room, air was cold, and it seemed to be in a relatively safe location

It is a terrible location if you want to eat out or get fast food. The room smelled. I am pretty sure it was mildew and mold from the air conditioner unit.

Ok but would probably try to stay someplace else if back in the area.

Location was close to the things I needed. Breakfast was ok. Room for improvement. Apple juice was super sweet, no ice water to drink. Could have included some sausage or bacon and some fruit (grapes orange, apple). Add variety of spread for bagels. Staff was friendly and kind.

The facility, friendliness and knowledge of desk clerks phenomenal

That breakfast was atrocious. Half done biscuits, cooked coffee, no meat. Had to go to Wendy's. A good continental breakfast would have been better.

This property employes ppl with disabilities which I think is a great thing to do.

Staff at the reception is not the friendliest... All kinds of ppl staying in the hotel. Train running day and night and blowing a whistle... Advertised as 3 star... barely 2.

This hotel is okay for short stays ONLY.

Halls smelled fresh

1. Cell phone ports didn’t work 2. shower water pressure low 3. sheets were dingy looking 4. nasty looking stain on lower bed frame 5. brown dirty stains around bottom toilet. 6. breakfast is very basic and their is NO CAFFEINATED Coffee during breast hours.
