HORRIBLE SERVICE

NOTHING

They don't tell you when booking the room that no one is at the front desk at night. I arrived on a rainy night, but couldn't check in for over 40min because NO ONE was there. Had to end up calling the reservation line for them to track someone down! 🤬

The people above me had kids in Their room and They ran back and forth all night.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel

The kids running in the halls from 10p-1a, the old cabinets and carpet, I had to wipe the room with bleach wipes because it was as clean as I expected. I didn’t feel safe, it smelled like marijuana through the whole facility. It was the worst experience ever

I had a problem with my first room. And the clerk changed my room very quickly.

The first room I was in: the microwave buttons did not work and the air-conditioning didn't work. The second room had an over powering bad smell. 👎

if you can’t afford anything else you can make the best of it just bring some Raid

the value and the room set up was conducive to what we needed for a weekend stay away from home

Roaches in each of the 3 rooms they moved us to. No linens available for the first day and no shower curtain for the first 2 days

DAMN GHETTO !!!!!!

Nothing it was terrible

Music blasting until 3 am..I called front desk,went down to front desk and nothing was done..my family couldn’t sleep..they had no ice machine and the beds were cots..none of us slept..complete waste of money

I wish it was a little cheaper when it came to the extra fees.

Not completely pleased with my stay

Location and some of staff was more then helpful ..

Being bothered by guest staff on a weekly basis for stupid stuff ,also the beds could be more comfortable..But main concern people above us were jerks and there kids stayed up round the clock no Courteous for other people staying in hotel at all.I complained to front desk to nothing happening I called corporate and they were suppose to be moved and that didn't happen so not pleased will be looking for another place to stay when my stay is up I will not be rebooking...

Unless measures are improved, I wouldn't recommend.

There was no breakfast, but beds were comfortable. Staff did accommodate changing my room when phone didn't work.

The bathtub was noticably dirty, toilet had a constant leak and there was roaches that I was told was being sprayed for that never happened.
