Comfortable visit with a superior staff.

The staff was amazing.

Some areas were under construction which is nobody’s fault at all.

Clean bright and friendly

The hotel is located right off of Interstate 77. Easy on and off. Very clean and well lit. Staff friendly, exercise room clean. Enjoyed our stay - very quiet

We had 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym was all great!!!

Location good. Breakfast buffet was good, the scramble eggs were dry.

In the bathroom, not one bar to hold the wet towels!

Nice hotel clean spacey but on the expensive side!

Nice hotel it is convenient from the expressway, room was spacious and room was updated

Pricey, breakfast was not included in the price for over $330 a night breakfast should be included

Very disappointing!

The room was infested with ants...I needed a place for my family and I to stay to break up the 12 hour car ride and the last thing I wanted to deal with was ants in our suite!

If I was visiting that part of WV, I would stay at this hotel again. I would refer it to family and.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Our favorite hotel in Beckley

The suite option was great for our family of four and the free breakfast buffet in the restaurant was better than other hotels in the area. The friendly staff and easy checkout made this an excellent stay all around.

Disappointing

Breakfast was great!

The bedding was blood stained on both comforters and one pillow, the bathtub had gunk in it I had to clean out before I could use it and the room was just not cleaned well there was something in the trash in the bathroom as well as that it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Overall just not what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn at $200 a night!

So gross, didn’t even stay.

nothing. checked out within 2 hours of arriving.

Our room was disgusting - stains on all layers of bedding, pubic hairs in the tub and floors were filthy. Hotel staff couldn’t be bothered and didn’t even inquire as to why we were checking out. Instead, my husband had to go ahead and explain why - the staff did not ask if we wanted to switch rooms or refund our money. We are still waiting for booking.com and/or the hotel to make this right, after a week still no resolution. Hotel has not even responded to booking.com’s attempt to contact them nor our direct attempts (since booking.com handed it to us and essentially said “here you go, good luck”.

Where do I start? The handicap accessible room was located on the first floor. The renovation that took place 1.5 year

The beds were uncomfortable and given I had 4 children. I wish I would’ve have been given the option of a ground floor room.

Location was great and the room was very clean.

Middle of the night alarm going off without any explanation from staff - NOT KOOL. Invest in towels - current stock is equivalent of sandpaper.

Good food but prefer buffet

Pool was rented out for party of screaming kids from a different hotel because that hotel pool was broken. We booked this room to use spa and pool and couldnt due to reckless kids and no one stopping them.

felt like hotel was accusing of messing up this bathroom and the vomit. should not have to pay $165

vomit all over sides of toilet by floor. gross. hair in shower, soap scum all over it, rust and soap scum on faucett and handles; sink dirty

filthy gross bathroom, rude hotel staff when requesting room change. he acted like it did it.
