Heerlijke plek midden in Fez medina

Mooie riad centraal gelegen. Aïsha en Youssef zijn super behulpzaam. Kamer was ruim, prachtig ingericht met fijn terras. Dakterras is heerlijk om bij te komen. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alles goed bereid. Goede bedden. Kortom, erg fijne plek en we komen graag nog eens terug.

Lieu paisible, verdoyant, très agréable avec chants d'oiseaux.

Les chambres donnent sur le patio central, très verdoyant avec des oiseaux. Petit déjeuner copieux dans le patio très agréable.

L'odeur dans la salle de bains. L'équipe est passée pour intervenir mais lors de mon départ, je ne sais donc pas si ça s'est amélioré.

Agréable dans son ensemble, les quelques désagréments rencontrés sont oubliés tellement le personnel est sympathique.

J ai aimé l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que sa disponibilité.

Les odeurs d’égouts, sans doute dû à l ´emplacement de la chambre en bas. Les odeurs venant des oiseaux, un peu trop forte pour notre odorat.

Todo. Ubicación excelente, a 20 m. de un parking de acceso a la Medina. Habitación muy confortable. Servicio muy atento. Desayuno bueno y abundante. Limpieza.

Top Lage. Riad, sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, in zwei Minuten in der Medina, bewachter Parkplatz ebenfalls in 2 Minuten erreichbar, tolles Ambiente. Unser Hund wurde gut akzeptiert.

Die Betten waren meiner Frau etwas zu hart.

An oasis- highly recommend

A beautiful plant filled oasis on the edge of the Medina. Beautifully designed and kept, with the friendliest, most hospitable and attentive staff. Due to the extreme heat we spent a lot of time relaxing at the riad which was a pleasure in this case. We were provided with a great vegan breakfast and they took our request for a lot of harissa seriously

Absolutely wonderful, wish we had booked an extra night! Would highly recommend!

It was just beautiful. As soon as you walk in through the front door it’s like entering a different world - tranquil , calming with the backdrop of birdsong surrounding you! We had the family suite which was lovely too - spacious for the four of us with lovely touches in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a great space to escape from the heat with sun loungers and tables. The staff could not have been more welcoming!

We had the family suite and one side of the room did not have air con. We were there in peak heat in August so was very hot in there!

Superb!

The Riad itself is beautiful. Loved waking up to birds chirping in the morning. The staff, especially Aissa, were great. They helped us with a taxi for a day trip to Meknes. Aissa was very thoughtful with us having breakfast at different times and insisted we eat something since we'd have a long day ahead of us. Very kind and warm. Loved our stay here! Quite close to the Medina as well. Well located.

would highly recommend this place

property was beautiful and clean with friendly staff and an awesome breakfast

we didn’t mind this because we are early risers but the birds wake you up at 5.30am if your after a sleep in you might not get one here. Also shower at night time as the morning the shower can be cold.

Very good

The bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff was really helpful and kind. The highlight is the roof terrace and the beautiful atrium.

The hotel should make clear that you are booking a room on the ground floor, which means very little privacy. One wall of the room is just glass doors and panels separating you from the atrium where other guests relax, eat breakfasts and dinners etc. (the coffee machine runs just centimeters from your head). If you are fine with this, the room is lovely and it's nice that sweeping the curtains away, the lovely atrium makes practically part of your room. If, however, you want some privacy and some natural light in your room, make sure you book a room on the first or second floor. Also, we find it a bit sad that there are so many caged birds in the atrium when it seems plenty of birds keep flying around freely. In our opinion, these would be quite enough to make this the Riad of the Birds.

we had a room with a small bathroom window on the patio and restaurant which was very intrusive. breakfast and dinner tables in front of rooms on the groud floor, but that is part of the riad way.

Highly recommended stay in Fès

A beautiful and relaxing place with the kindest staff. We only stayed there for one night, but they made sure everything was perfect. Dinner and breakfast were great and the birds created a very calming atmosphere. Thanks for everything!

I highly recommend this Riad. We would stay there again without a doubt and want to get back ASAP.

The Riad is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Great location, right at the entrance of the Medina. They also arranged a tour for us that went really well.

Truly a wonderful experience.

The Riad is very beautiful and the staff is exceptional. The location is good. The second floor courtyard sitting was stunning. Some live music was provided and greatly appreciated.

There was road/parking construction going on in the neighborhood but that won’t last forever. The lighting in the room was dim making it difficult to read in bed.

Property is at an excellent location to access the Medina. it is a beautiful Riad which is very well maintained. It is very tastefully decorated as well. Excellent breakfast. staff were exceptional. Driss was extremely helpful with all aspects of hospitality. Aissa was also really nice and helpful.

Lovely, charming hotel with excellent service.

A lovely hotel! The staff was very helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely garden (with birds!) was a welcome respite from the busy city. We were able to book a triple room that included a sitting room (the apartment) which worked well for our group.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were excellent and friendly, the garden is a lovely area to sit with a glass of wine. The birds in the morning are an amazing wake up alarm and the breakfasts are good.

The staff was the best! They made us feel like home. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful and the place is so beautiful, the room very comfortable .

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful and we would without question stay here again. First and foremost, the staff truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable and meet our needs. Travel was easy to arrange, they went out of their way to let us watch the World Cup, even though we had checked out hours before, and they took my shoes to a cobbler, even though it was quite late already. Everyone was so friendly! The location was perfect. Set away from the craziness of the medina, it was quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk from the souls and sights. We are dinner there twice and had breakfast each day. All of the food was great.
