Muy bonito, súper limpio, no elevador, muchas escaleras

El hotel está súper limpio y bonito, muchos detalles, se esmeran demasiado en el mantenimiento y lo hace lucir excelente

No tiene elevador y tiene demasiadas escaleras, mi mamá tiene problema en la columna se le dificulta subir escalones, también traía mucho equipaje por lo que es difícil movilizarte desde el estacionamiento a cualquier cuarto si traes equipaje, no imagino el caos de traer a una persona discapacitada, simplemente no se adapta a carriolas, sillas de ruedas etc La actitud del joven de las 11pm tampoco fue muy buena, ya que quería que facturara en ese momento que porque iba a hacer el corte, le comenté que venía cansada y de todas formas me dijo que si no era en ese momento después ya no se podría facturar. A lo que le dije que así le dejara, que metía mi queja, al otro día muy amablemente la señorita de recepción elaboró la factura. No recomiendo el restaurante, la comida muy X y a mi hijo de 4 años le cayó mal el hotdog duro que le sirvieron. Muy buena atención en todos las áreas

Casi perfecto

Definitivamente es un lugar muy bonito donde se relaja uno con un hermoso jardín y piscina. El estacionamiento es seguro y tiene una puerta eléctrica por la noche. La.limpieza es muy buena, el personal amable y muy servicial.

Casi le pongo el 10 pero si hubo 2 cosas que no fueron de mi agrado. 1. Avise con tiempo de mi hora de llegada a la 1pm y nunca me avisaron si había inconveniente por lo mismo llegamos a la 130pm y sorpresa nos entregaron la habitación hasta las 3pm. Tienen una mesa de billar con la cual entretuvieron a los hijos pero ya íbamos un poco cansados como para esperar. 2. La segunda da y de mayor interés. El desperdicio de agua que se lleva acabo para que salga el agua caliente, cabe mencionar que fue algo que vivimos en xalapa y veracruz también. Nosotros somos de areas donde el agua es a veces escasa y está situación nos traía muy inquietos. No cuidan el agua. PD. Una de nuestras camas se hundía mucho de un lado y no permitió el descanso total. Habitación 108

Beautiful hotel, lovely, accommodating staff!

Beautiful, clean, impeccably kept hotel and grounds. Great staff, very accommodating and so polite. The suite was lovely, the food and service was excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like. This is my 2nd stay at Layfer in Córdoba Veracruz and I would stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness of the facilities is great, the food at the restaurant is also really good and the service of the team was super

Upon arrival I payed for the 3 days as requested, then due to a family emergency I needed to leave after the second night and asked for a refund which was denied......... really poor customer service of the business

Been here before, will be back.

Great staff, lots of attention to detail. Nicest common washroom anywhere we have travelled in Mexico. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service from all staff including manager who took time to chat with us in the restaurant.Front desk staff were very patient with our terrible Spanish. Grounds were absolutely gorgeous.

Regular coffee maker would be nice in room.

What a disaster

Long story... it was an adventure in a negative sense. I arrived at 2.30am (I wrote before to announce my arrival time) and I was given a room where... other people were sleeping: big big huge mistake, a thief feeling (never before this happened to me. But there always a first time for everything). No apologies if not an excuse or explanation by the young fellow that carried my luggage (the receptionist is new, he told me). A total lack of professionalism. During the morning I went to the centre and when I got back the key wasn't working and had to go to the reception again so they can fix it. Early afternoon, roughly 2.45 pm, I decided to go in the swimming pool. Had a first deep and when I got out, after only 5 minutes, without warning or communication the personnel started straight away, with a speedy manoeuvre, to clean it with tubes and nets, so that for more than 1 hour the swimming pool was not available. Basically I could not get back in as was my intention. Ok, what to do. Not at all professional but I couldn't (didn't want) make a drama. Went out for dinner and when I got back I discovered that was a very noisy party in and outside the restaurant in course, just few meters from my room. Because I was exhausted from the night before I crashed, but I woke up at 2am from the noise of the party (because of the proximity of the restaurant to my room, the noisy volume and the echo from the building it was like having the party in my room). Called the reception and ask if it was possible to low the volume. 10 minutes passed and nothing happened. So I checked my phone and I received a message saying that the WiFi was no more available. I went to the reception to ask clarifications and same girl from the night before basically admitted (silently) that she did a mistake also for that giving only 24h availability.

Excellent place to stay in Cordoba

This is a first rate hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent - pleasant garden, reasonable size swimming pool, convenient garage for parking the car. The breakfast was excellent. While I did not eat dinner there what Isaw looked good.

Good option for staying in cordoba.

Hotel felt safe, and clean. Nice view of the Pico de Orizaba. Very good breakfast, and nice attentive staff at the restaurant. Easy underground parking. Well kept inside garden.

Reception personal can be more welcoming.

The staff was not welcoming. Pet fee $300 plus $1000 hold for damage 😡

The beds were comforting

The room smelled of mildew. No fridge or microwave. No wash cloths, just 2 towels, 1 hand towel. TV was awful. Janitor cleaning in the evening making scraping noises.

Beautiful accommodations!

Extremely tasteful, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with full kitchen and two separate rooms. We loved it! The decor and common areas were beautiful, and the staff was great.

The only small negative is that it's far from the center (not really walking distance).

Being a non speaking Spanish invividual I wish the directional cards and instructions (place cards) in the room would have been printed in English also ... just a suggestion !!

Bad

As per our reservation, we had booked 2 suites with jacuzzi. However, upon check-in, reception staff claimed that this was a "mistake by booking" as we were not entitled to suites but rather to standard rooms. After a long discussion we only received one suite and one standard room and the hotel did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience experienced.
