Old facility, bedsheet and pellets not cleaned. Small bed. Old and dirty cupboard etc

The staff is lovely and the location is great. You can't find more friendly people anywhere.

Great choice

Do not let the exterior put you off. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are simple but clean. The staff is just lovely and immensely helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

Passable

The toilet didn't flush and staff hadn't cleared previous occupant's droppings. There was noise from the adjacent building site all through the night.

The hotel is fair and they are security conscious. But they need to improve on facilities on all there rooms .like good Flat screen and not old black and white TV.

When you bring visitor to your room they charge you again

Very good

It is an "old world" type hotel.....where a porter takes you to your room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is central. It is modestly priced and therefore a good value.

location and staff are great. room is a good size and clean. bathroom is colorful.

Was just ok when arriving jet lagged at 2:00SM, but in the daylight it was fine. a bit dark but with some character.

The place is convenient due to the proximity to town. The place is clean

There were no lights, power and water. The bookings could not be confirmed due to lack of power.

It was a lovely place to stay and the people were super friendly and understanding.

The food was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. And the bathroom/shower worked really well and were clean!

Very convenient for my purpose. Basic but clean and comfortable.

Clean and friendly service. Right opposite impala shuttle pickup to Arusha so perfect for me. Very easy airport transfer for additional $20 USD. Would recommend.

Water cooler with filtered water would be nice to have in reception or dining area, maybe there was and I missed it.

Passable

It was very close to the shuttle bus stand so we walked across after our trip back from Arusha. It was also walking distance to the Masai Market and the Nairobi National Museum.

The room, triple that we asked for, was extremely small. The power point was hanging off the wall with all wires exposed. For the benefit of the management, I think we were in room 304 . The toilet door could not be locked because the whole handle had been repaired poorly. There was no fan let alone air conditioning. The 24 hour restaurant that they boast of took about an hour to serve three soups!! The main dish meat was a bit tough.
