I had a good stay at this hotel, and in Bournemouth, despite arriving in the middle of a storm ! The hotel is good, the location is great and the staff are excellent. Dave (the manager) and Staz are both great hosts, and Dave laid on a complimentary breakfast for me which I was very grateful for. Enjoyed my short stay here.

Dave is the kindest person in the world. Amazing costumer service and amazing place.

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Dave was great. He made us feel so welcomed, and he was so friendly. We liked the quiet and calming environment.
4.5
I was able to park my car and check in earlier than planned which was very helpful. The room had everything I needed, including kettle, tea, coffee, milk and hairdryer. Dave was very attentive and put on a complimentary breakfast which was a really nice touch! Nothing was too much trouble from the minute I arrived to the moment I left.
No negatives

Correction to my previous review as I had mixed up the hotels. This hotel was an Excellent location, great room and parking. Breakfast was an added bonus.
4.0
Dave is a great host with lots of helpful information on things to do and places to eat and drink. You could not get a better location with only a 5 min walk to the beach, pier and gardens. And 10 min walk to the town centre. Will definitely be returning soon.

Needs updating. Room was very small. Other than the location there is nothing good

Location, short walk to pier and shops. Great views across bay
Parking extra £10 per day. £7:50 extra for breakfast, which was only cereals and toast plus choice of tea or coffee. No evening meals available at all. In fact they don't employ a chef or cook what's so ever.

The welcome and helpfulness of Dave (Manager) and Karen (Reception) were exceptional and both went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy with everything. The double room and bathroom were spotless and although a bit small they were newly decorated with modern furniture, and very comfortable bed. The in room tea and coffee facilities were kept fully stocked at any time. The location for the beach front and town centre could not have been better and there was plenty of on site parking at a very competative price. Great place for the BIC or airshow.
The hotel was undergoing refurbishment so will be even better when completed.

Location was perfect

The location was good.
Photos are nothing like what the hotel was like. It wasn't a hotel really open to guest. People who stay there who worked for the same company. Felt like we were in the way and ringing the door bell to even get into hotel every time. Didn't want to stay in hotel as was only people who was there as guests. The shower wasn't even up to use had to hold it yourself and there was not where to get breakfast or any food like advertised. Had to pay extra to park at hotel.

Delicious full English breakfast.
Free parking. WiFi
Nice lounge and outdoor seating with seaviews
A strange buzzing during the night near the door.
